Received a call on my pre-paid cellphone that gives this as Caller-ID number on 4/14/2009. Since I don't pick up voice mail on that "for emergencies" phone, I have no idea whom or what it may have been. Obviously, 10818168264 is not an NANPA number. Dropping the leading 10, leaves 818168264 which is also not an NANPA number (missing a digit), and trying 81 or 818 as a country-access code, also comes up empty. Total forgery! Phone display for name came up "Unknown Name", in mixed case, so likely none was there to begin with.

A succinct chart of Country Access codes, including the country names in English, and the ISO 3166 3-letter country codes (Internet domains use the 2-letter ones) can be found at http://www.ecallchina.com/country/default.aspx or with their 2-letter ISO 3166 country codes at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_country_calling_codes
