I've had countless calls off this number in recent days and each time they've cut me off when I've answered the call, each time I call them back only to be put in a queue system and finally I reach an answer phone.

Having left messages which they've obviously ignored I have today raised a complaint via Ofcom (complaint form here: http://www.ofcom.org.uk/complain/landline/silent/?itemid=284912)
