Thats a shame of big company in UK and USA, they made their customer service in India. They are most corrupted people in this earth. I am Indian(my origin) but I know my people very well. They are most experted in hacking industry now a days. Even they can hack your system via your e-mail address. And we are UK's citizen giving them our all details to check our accounts or to get better service. Now you think you just kept your nice chicken with wolf in a same small garden, haha haha. The world is funny man.

Hey guies and ladies becareful about those kind of number. They are a group and some time they ask you about your financial security information. Never give them your details. They might be hacker, who knows! Lots of thing happing now a days. So my advice don't tell them your details. Or if it is too much, then inform the police with this miss call evidence. Or you can inform the broadcast corporation about this systemetic corruption. Because when Bt issue this number, Bt must has their details. So BT should take action and make BT's line safe for citizen. Thanks.

an ?asian accent guy left a message on my mobile voicemail to ring up 0845-621-00198 as a message was waiting for me but when i rang up i was told that it was a wrong number. i tried to ring the 0800 number, it was a voice recorder saying that it is from hsbc bank and that i dont need to return the call. is it really from hsbc coz i dont bank with them or it a scam? will ask hsbc when i get the time.

I received a call today, I answered and said hello said it again still no answer, said it a third time then they hung up on me??!! What is that all about? If it was HSBC and they want to talk me, they need to be more professional about it!!!!

I have received numerous silent calls then a lengthy call going through security information to talk about my account. I have asked them 3 times since to stop calling me but still continue to receive 2 a day - one on my mobile and one to my landline.

An internet forum informed me that its was associated with HSBC Customers services. This will make sense if you have a HSBC account
