You get a call from this number if someone has sent a text to a mobile number from your landline.
You may have to ring your service provider or simply read the text if your handset allows you to.
Hope this helps.

Spoke to BT who advised I called their help line for this dept (0800 077771 if you want to give it a go), think I reached a call centre in India and reached an agent who frankly I didn't understand. I was given a list of numbers and codes and advised to send a text to a number and when I had finished and tried to do this on my phone I couldn't complete the task. I don't want to call india again, not because I have any problem with different nationalities but I don't understand what is being said and how it's being said and it is frustrating for both parties. Why don't companies who make millions from UK residents and charge premium rates give their call centre jobs to people in the UK, after all their sales centres are here.

Three silent calls exactly every 10 mins; BT say they have no record of sending me anything but also that they are unable to access that information.
