I have now emailed them with the following:

Might I remind you of the The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
And in accordance with the requirements of this statutory instrument:
I request that the above number is removed from your database forthwith as I choose not to receive any telemarketing calls or otherwise to the telephone number ***** ****** from yourselves or subsidiary companies or affiliated companies.
If the calls do not cease within 7 days I will take the matter up with the information Commissioner and OFCOM as you will be in breach of the aforementioned regulations.

We will see if they listen!!!

"You were called today by Stella UK and were not available"
Oh yes I was available! I answered the 'phone (twice so far today), received a short silence, then a hang-up.
They're clearly using a dialler but none of their operators are available to talk to me so it hangs up and calls again later, repeating the whole nuisance call.
I'm calling the 080-004-45260 number again and again so they have to pay (very little I'm sure) for the calls. Nuisance them for a bit.
Please, anybody reading this, call 080-004-45260 whenever you have time spare, it won't cost you anything but will cost them.
