Who Called Us

Female voice who says something quickly and unintelligible about "being removed from the list" and then yells "OR PRESS 9 TO RECEIVE YOUR CRUISE"
They have called at least once a day for the past week. Since they intentionally scramble the remove from list instructions, there's nothing you can do to prevent them from calling back...or is there?
Any suggestions?
