Actually came in on my phone as 506-226-03855 but the search on the last 10 digits showed up here. I answered the call and got no answer... From what I've found on the web, there are a lot of caller-ID faked 11-digit numbers being used in something similar to the "Heather with Account Services" (extended car warranty) scam.

Supposedly it's a pre-recorded message saying to press 1 if you want to lower your credit card rates or 2 to be removed from the list. As with most scams, 2 is ignored and 1 hangs up on you if you don't give them your personal information.

Hopefully someone will shut this and other similar scams down soon!
