I had the same problem, and found the answer on another forum. This is a call centre acting on behalf of NRMA, calling about overdue fees for Roadside Assist or other insurance policies (if you're not with NRMA, it's possibly another large company using the same call centre). The call centre isn't staffed by NRMA employess, just operators who dial numbers all day long (and don't accept inbound calls as they are not part of NRMA). The only way to stop the calls is to ring NRMA on their national number 13 11 22.
