I have had a couple of calls recently, however when I answered it went dead. The second time I decided to call the number back and it was 'Claim to Gain' advising they will help you claim back your bank charges if you haven't already logged a claim. I asked where they got my number and told me it was 'computer generated'. I advised that I had no charges and even if I did, once the Test Case is completed and if the outcome is in favour of customers, then this means the banks will more than likely have to pay back charges automatically. So why use them to claim?
