Said that they wanted to lower my percentage on my credit cards, when I asked them, what my name was, the man got really rude and started yelling at me. I told him, "hey I'm supposedly the customer, quit yelling at me" he slammed the phone down and hung up. I will be reporting them to the authorities.

011-772-6644005 TN REMOVAL -- huh? Strange that *69 does not work -- *69 goes to a call from yesterday instead of this one that just happened. The number is obviously not USA. If I returned it, I wld probably be charged a hefty amount!!! Actually, I did try to *69 the first time (have gotten several by now) and recording said it was "no longer in service" even though the call had just come in. I hung up immediately. I'm on the DNC list.
