call from "account services". It's a recording about lowering my interest rate on my credit card and to press 1 to see if I qualify. When I press 1 to talk to someone they ask me for my credit card number, I say "no way" and "from what company are you calling from?" to which they reply only with "account services". It's back and forth from there, I tell them not to call back, but they do every month. It also tells you to press 2 to end further notices but they continue to call.
