The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

I live in NW Ohio. They called for last two days but I wasnt home. No message left. Name on caller ID says Perrine, FL. I called back but message says that this number cannot receive incoming calls. I assumed it was a correctional institution until I found this site. This site rox.
Called asking if I speak spanish, when I told him no, he hung up. No idea who he is. He knew my name. ????
