All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

After several calls over the weekend from 111-111-1111, I got a call today from 111-111-1116. No message left and unknown name on caller ID
Call received, answered them and told them to please stop calling we were not interested and to take us off their list, hung up. Called back immediately and asked us to pick up the phone and find out why they were calling. Sounded as though they were from Jamaica or India. Was really hard to tell
This is AT&T. I signed up with them for overseas long distance when my step-son was in Germany in 2001-2004. I continued with this service even after he returned to the United States. I called and asked for them to discontinue and they still billed me. I quit paying the bill and was turned over to collections. I paid that off and told them I did not want the service restored. Guess what. I was rebilled again and now it is back into collections. I will have to take another course of action.
Collection Agency for several corporations. Mine has to do with AT&T and an over-seas long distance account that I have requested to be cancelled on 3 occassions.
Calls several times a week, never leaves a message.
