I just called and got the 'we're calling on behalf of BMG Music' spiel. I've reported their number to the DNC.
I'm the last person BofA should want to call. I cancelled ALL my accounts with them and told them it was because they were giving unsecured credit cards to illegal aliens.... I think I'll call them this morning and harass them for a while :-)
