The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,

Just got my second call from these guys inside of an hour. When I called back in vain hopes of getting a prompt for their "do not call" list, I got a message saying the "Verizon customer is unavailable" or some such.
They called me on my cell which is actually a PA number, the zip I gave was for my physical location in NY State. This was the second unique spam call I'd gotten in about 70 minutes. These spammers are starting to piss me off.
I've gotten 3-4 calls from this number just today(so far) and that's not counting the 5-6 calls yesterday.
