BEWARE This was a text message onmy cell saying I had a problem with my Credit union and to call to remove the restriction. I have no Credit Unio Acount. It is a scam. If you call from your cel,l and it is a smart phone, you may be hacked. BEWARE

Asked for a company. Sounded Asian Indian

Wanted to talk to a specific name (my wife), and ask her to put an ad in some publication to aid the American Legion Vets.

Has called every day in past week. I never answer and they never leave a message. I assume it is a telemarketing or a scam

Five9.com is a maker of call center software. Most likely being used by these callers (caller ID = "Five 9" ; note the space), but not sophisticated enough to know how to set the software correctly. Just a hunch.

I have a computer with a telephone blocking system (for the macintosh, called "CallWall") that checks against this website before it puts the call through to me. In this case, this was the 1st time the call was blocked and it immediately recalled (and of course was blocked again). So, I assume there was a real person on the other side of the line.

Asked for my wife by name. When told not at here, said "all right" and hung up. Could heara lot of office background noise, as it in a "telephone boiler room"

verizon telemarketing (probably contractor outfit). Something about text messaging. Has called 2 days in row. When not answered, no message left.

Were polite and gave business name. Thought we were a commercial business (not) and said would remove from their lists.
