The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

Have received at least three of these calls during August 2007. Caller ID is "Private". If it is CCA Collection Company, that is illegal. They are working for XM Radio in an attempt to make me resubscribe. They have been reported to MA Atty General.
Canceled an XM Radio subscription in Jan 07, now this outfit is trying to collect for the next year's subscription. XM treats former subscribers like crap. I am filing a complaint with MA Attorney General's office and FCC.
Caller is a telemarketing firm for Discover Card. We have informed them not to call but they continue to do so. Their method is to call and hang up if you don't answer immediately.
