I just called the number from my caller ID AND IT DOES SAY CONSUMER CONSELING. WHEN THEY CALLED ME IT SAID PLEASE HOLD ON AND NOBODY CAME ON THE PHONE. SO I HUNG AND RETRIEVED THE NUMBER
