These are con men. DO NOT –I repeat—DO NOT—give them ANY financial information. DO NOT confirm spelling of your last name OR anything.

I received my first call from this pharmaceutical telemarketer on Tues., March 13, 2007. And two more calls again on Wed., March 14, 2007.

When pressed they will claim to represent legitimate pharmaceutical companies. (i.e., LifeCare). I’ve notified Legal counsel of LifeCare as well as Attorney General office. Legitimate LifeCare IS above aboard and watching this UK company.

All requests are rejected or non-responsive:
* Requests to speak with supervisor are rejected. “My supervisor is not available.”
* Requests to be removed from calling list are rejected.
* Indifference to Telecommunications Consumer Protection Act

Persons I’ve spoken with are: Marty, Randy and Andy.
