If you press 1 and tell them you have asked to be removed from the list, they hang up on you. Friendly. Not. I called back. "cause I am that kind of "W"itch. Got a computer asking if I wish to be removed. We will see. Also reported it to the DNCR, but we all know that is useless.

This guy called, asked for my daughter in law, I asked who was calling, he said "Mike", I asked who he was with, he said "Uumm...ARM", I told him one moment I would see if she is here. I am handicapped...had to climb a flight of stairs to see if my daughter in law is here. He hung up, JUST as I got to her. oh man. That just irks me!!! I called him back, to tell him that was not nice, and got the song and dance about "lost connection". Right. So I told him this was just a message phone and stop calling, he freaking argued with me about who's phone it was! Real Jerks...Mike at ARM is a moron... He is a bill collector because he can't get anything else, his life must be nothing more than the void of a vacuum.

A recorded message asking for a person. "If this is {insert name} please press 1. If this is not {insert name} please..." and I hung up. I did a google search to get the name of the company. Apparently, there are LOTS of people this company bugs relentlessly.

Caller ID says "Longmire Washington" yet the number is assigned to Huntington TN. nice. These peeps call looking for Jose'. No Jose' here. They hang up, and try again the next day. I have asked MANY times for them to remove our number. They won't. I have asked them to STOP calling. They won't. I hate other peeps bill collectors.

These people are a real pain. "This is not a sales call, we are calling to inform yu of a tax rebate..." This is supposedly only available if you pay taxes. I don't, am on social security as my only income, and as such, am exempt. 6 calls from them in 3 days. As of the 28th, I can be all over them with the do not call registry. BELIEVE me, I will be too. I can't wait, they call even after I get rude and nasty.

I nearly ALWAYS get a recorded message. If I am not mistaken, it is a bill collector. We get calls on on each of our phone numbers, usually for someone we don't know.

I actually tried to answer this one. They hung up as soon as I did. Maybe they think the number is my cell? LOL It's MagicJack. I can call them back and hang up on them all day. Too bad it wasn't an 800 number. I could take revenge by running up their phone bill for all the cell users they hassle!

After you get to the point of their b.s., they tell you they want nearly $70 per month for the "Free Grant" info. Too bad there isn't a way to widely advertise to let people know to beware. I didn't fall for it, but many do. In my dictionary, free is free. No Cost. $70 a month does not fall into that category!

HA! I called it back. It is DirecTV. I just canceled them 2 days ago, over billing errors from the 3rd Party billing (service through QWest, which, btw, I dumped ALL QWest service for this issue) and now DirecTV is calling, and RUDE RUDE RUDE. Wouldn't even leave a message? Just hung up? That is a great way to do business. That makes a wonderful impression.

I answer, they ask for my son or his wife, I tell them they aren't here, may I take a message? They say yes, and HANG UP! GGRR! Flippin MORONS! Every single time! If anyone is foolish enough to get themselves tangled with these idiots, good luck to you, you have my sympathies!

They really don't like it when I tell them that if they don't leave a message, they will NEVER get through to the person they are trying to reach, because I will always tell them the person isn't there.

This number has called three times. I answer, they hang up. I have called it back two times, and I get a recording stating the number is no longer in service or is assigned in a different area code. maybe I will try with Arizona's few other area codes and see what I get.
