This is a bogus number -- it's not assigned in the North American Number Plan. The caller is forging the Caller-ID. Definitely fraud artists!

Chances are that if you don't know anyone who uses Skype, it's a telemarketer who has figured-out that Skype is a great way to annoy people very cheaply. So it's not a bad idea to just ignore these Skype calls when you see this (really stupid) Caller-ID.

[I can't imagine why the Skype designers though that using this juvenile-looking number was a smart idea. What a bunch of maroons! -- as Bugs Bunny once said.]
