Googling reveals that this number is Huron Country Playhouse but judging by the reports, I think someone is forging their Caller-ID using that number. This is happening more often lately.

They call, but never speak. I think this may be one of the only-speaks-to-aged-sounding-people scammers. Hoping to prey on older folk who might be taken in by their scams.

Chances are that if you don't know anyone who uses Skype, it's a telemarketer who has figured-out that Skype is a great way to annoy people very cheaply. So it's not a bad idea to just ignore these Skype calls when you see this (really stupid) Caller-ID.

[I can't imagine why the Skype designers though that using this juvenile-looking number was a smart idea. What a bunch of maroons! -- as Bugs Bunny once said.]
