The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number, All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

As your constituent I am becoming rather perturbed at the non enforcement of the Do Not Call Registry, Charities and other Institutions are using third Party Businesses that charge for their services to collect donations, as well as solicitations for Credit Cards, Banking Services, Auto Loans and most insidious collecting Phone Numbers of those that answer their phones (Usually you are met with silence) which indicates when you are home or for that matter when you are not. It would seem to me that the FCC is not enforcing the DNCR, as indicated with the calls made with impunity. I have complained numerous times with no indication as to what was done if anything, It appalls me that these companies and the FCC seem to disregard hard fought bills and laws passed by the Congress. It would seem to me that the answer or solution to this problem is to fine these organizations $1,500 per call with $500.00 to the Victim and $1,000.00 to the Government.I am writing this letter to you born of frustration at having received such calls on a daily basis from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. On a final note the same restrictions should apply to email spam in which email addresses could be added to the DNCL with the same penalties applicable to unwanted emails, right now I am blocking on average 500 such emails each day through my ISP, which is verifiable though Speakeasy.net.
