The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

This call came in twice at 14:56:35 GMT-7 and 14:57:05 GMT-7:
Call #1: Upon picking up, no audio present. After a few seconds, hang-up.
Call #2: Upon picking up, background audio present. After a few seconds, hang-up.
I'm actually grateful to have received so many calls from this number... It finally motivated me to install the Asterisk PBX script. :)

Picked up the phone, and they hung up.
Credit Card Spam. They send text messages out (e.g. from 740-340-8375) and then ask you to call this number. Various reports on this 512 number (e.g. mrnumber.com) indicate that it then asks you to enter your 16 digit card number (ahem, credit card fishing)
