312-765-7460 - They've called my CELL 3 times today, with the first coming in at 5 AM this morning! It's clearly some kind of SCAM involving something called the “Jewel of the Caribbean”. More than likely they are using a VoIP setup to make these robocalls, thus by avoiding the DNC, as they are probably NOT technically located "inside" the USA. Reporting the call and the number for being in direct violation of numerous laws involving the DNC.

408-627-6682 - Receiving UNSOLICITED TXT Messages from (408) 627-6682 with links to HolidaysCashSeason.com in every one of them.

The txt reads exactly as follows :

"Need some extra M0NEY for the holidays? You can easily get $1,500 today! just visit HolidaysCashSeason.com to get started. Write "NO" to cancel"

The O in the word M0NEY is a ZERO instead of a letter O.

Reporting these UNSOLICITED TXT Messages directly to Verizon, to the FCC.gov, as well as to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office for a direct violation of the DNC.

Here's a list of numbers associated or used by these SOB's who keep calling my home and cell NONSTOP at all hours of the day and night. Have filed complaints directly with the FTC, the FCC, the DNC, the BBB, as well as with the AG's Office here in Louisiana and will be filing one with the GA's Office in WA state. They are clearly violating the DNC, as well as breaking various State and Federal Laws in the process (Number spoofing, Misrepresentation, Attempted Credit Card Fraud, Phishing, etc.) Don't scream, yell, curse or even speak to these morons. Just keep a log of the date and time of each call you received and file FORMAL COMPLAINTS against them with every organization out there. Contact your Attorney General's Office, and let them know what's taking place in their state. Depending on where you live, you might get a hot-headed gungho type of AG who wants to track them down and stop them.

213-289-5518 - Called my Cell phone number over 8 times just in the last 4 days. I was able to answer it this time, and it was a woman with a VERY heavy Middle Eastern accent. The call clearly came from a Call Center (Monkey with Scripts) as there was a LOT of background voices and noise, and I could hear various people in the background repeating the EXACT same "script" that she just said to me. She asked for me by my first two initials and my last name, which is always a dead giveaway that it's a SCAM. When I asked who was calling, she once again for me by my name. So, once again, I stated "May I please ask who is calling?" and then she proceeded to hang up on me. Seriously? This is how your company does business? Have no clue who they are, or what they want, but I will be reporting the call as Harassment, as this is not the first time they've called. They also clearly offer no Opt-out as well, as my Cell number is and has been on the DNC list since the beginning, and I don't use my initials for my name with Legitimate companies that I deal with.

Same as others, it's the old Credit Card Scam. "Hello, this is Rachel from Cardholder Services. We're calling to inform you about an issue with your credit card. There is no problems with your card, but we wanted to notify you that you now qualify for a lower interest rate" or some such crap like that. They've called our house before in the past with various numbers, but this time the call came in on my cell phone. Time to file a formal complaint.

Cool, so either way I won a big money prize, right? Not likely. It was clearly a "monkey with a script" call as, (1) you could hear her eating while making the call AND (2) you could easily hear people in the background repeating the EXACT SAME lines she just spoke (except for her name of course). She stated that her name was Lou-Anne Starling (with a very thick New Jersey accent) and she worked at "Awards Confirmation Center". If that company name doesn't scream SCAM, then nothing does. She then goes further into her little spiel and says that I should call immediately to claim one of the THREE top prizes. Wait a minute, you just said at the beginning of the message that I had already won either the 2011 Ford Explorer OR the $25k. That's only TWO available prizes. I can count sweetheart, can you? You didn't say anything about a THIRD (more the likely junk) prize. Sniff Sniff. What's that smell? Smells like something fishy. Yeah, I'll definitely be reporting this call to the FTC, FCC, etc.

Just received yet ANOTHER phone call from 1-614-884-1552 (aka 800-868-7801).
It's a machine/someone named Theresa (it was Diane last time).
She was hoping to "bless me" just like her and her husband Joe were "blessed" and wants to help me live my dreams. (Exactly how in the hell would this b***h know what my dreams are?)

The spiel went on to talk about how it's "not" MLM, it's not potions, lotions or pills, you don't have to recruit people, yadda yadda yadda...

Each and every time, they keep asking for someone we do NOT know. There is NO one named "Glen" at this number. That's NOT my name, it's NOT my son's name, it's NOT my younger son's name and it's NOT my wife's name.

Note directly to Capital Management:

* We are NOT who you are looking for.
* My son JUST got this new cell number a few months ago.
* Continuously calling his number is considered harassment.
* Calling at the hours you are calling violates a Federal Law.

It also seems that you've already been sued in the past.

The Machine caller offered NO removal request options or why this call was even being placed. I have the ENTIRE phone call saved onto my answering machine and will be using this evidence to seek out legal actions, as well as monetary indemnification, from this caller for violating my privacy, as well as for violating the Federal Do Not Call List, which ALL of my household phones (Home and Cell) are and have been on since it's inception.

The calls vary in time, and with different website names each time, but it's ALWAYS the same script and the websites are almost ALWAYS registered through GoDaddy.com. Guess it's time to contact Bob Parsons directly about this crap and his lack of security on his site.

I have a very Simple Rule regarding UNKNOWN Callers:

The strange thing is, Caller ID showed different names each time.
Either they have their outgoing ID showing up differently on the various phones throughout
their call center (which would be VERY strange indeed, as this would require some actual work
to change these, plus they are probably using a PBX system, which uses the same info for
EVERY phone located there) OR someone is spoofing their name and number.

On their website, it clearly states that they are supposedly EXEMPT from
the DNC Registry laws (I'm not sure this is actually true or not), but that
they also DO in fact have a DNC list that they use if you ask to be put on it.
Since they are located in Canada, they are somewhat exempt from USA DNC Laws,

714-660-6229 - Just received an Unwanted, Unrequested and Unsolicited Automated phone call from a man named "Cole" calling from Consumer Advocates Debt Elimination. There was NO OPT-OUT option made available and NO removal request offered. He just kept talking about how "Consumer Advocates" can help with "Debt Elimination". I'm not really sure why the wife and I keep getting these calls, as we don't owe anyone money (other than our home mortgage, which is NOT overdue and is almost paid off - yay!), but they are clearly violating the Federal Do Not Call list, as these AUTOMATED calls are coming in at all hours of Day and Night. According to the FCC and the TCPA - Autodialed Phone Calls with Pre-Recorded Messages are ILLEGAL!

206-229-9830 Just received an Unwanted, Unrequested and Unsolicited phone call from a man SCREAMING "JANS ATM dot com!" over and over again. He even spelled it out "That's J A N S A T M dot com!" Machine caller offered NO removal request options or why this call was even being placed. I have the ENTIRE phone call saved onto my answering machine and will be using this evidence to seek out legal actions, as well as monetary indemnification, from this caller for violating my privacy, as well as for violating the Federal Do Not Call List, which ALL of my household phones (Home and Cell) are and have been on since it's inception.

On that same coincidental note, I received a letter response from the FCC in Today's mail in regards to a complaint that I filed against another unsolicited phone caller, and have been advised that I DO have legal grounds to seek legal action and monetary indemnification from said Spammer (Unsolicited Calls and Text Messages)! Yay for Democracy in action actually working for once!

Let this be a lesson to all of the Unscrupulous Telemarketers out there who STILL call us, all the while violating the DNC list - We are NOT going to take your harassment any longer, and some of us WILL be seeking legal actions against you, including monetary restitution AND possible jail time required on your behalf.

949-413-5415 - Just received a UNREQUESTED TXT Message from 949-413-5415 at 11:45 PM CST! It woke up my wife and kids! This is ridiculous! I WILL be reporting this TXT directly to the FCC immediately, as well as to their ISP and Hosting Service. The SPAM TXT states: "loanmod-gov.net Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we please give you a call?" NO you SOB's, you CANNOT give me a call! STOP TXTing me! These are the exact same people as 714-454-7576! I'm tired of all these late night UNSOLICITED TXT Messages from these people. My son is getting nonstop hangup calls on his Pre-paid Net-10 phone.
All of the numbers are calling from area code (601), which is in McComb, Mississippi.
The calls are originating from (601) 684-9150, (601) 684-9260, (601) 684-8668, & (601) 684-8470.
This seems to be an ongoing problem, as the calls are coming in very often and they are coming back to back, with only seconds apart from each call.
If the calls continue, I guess I'll have no choice but to report these are harassment calls, as it's a volley of calls all from the same area code (601) and Prefix 684 within such a short period of time, day after day.
If anyone has any info about these numbers, please post it here. Thanks.

Even if I would decide to answer, which I don't anymore, they would just hang up on me anyways.

I'm getting calls from these numbers NONSTOP! Calls are coming from: 619-801-8143 & 619-801-8144. It's the SAME Scammers as 626-273-8240 and the calls are coming in at all hours of the day and night on both my home phone and my cell phone! For whatever reason, these numbers cannot seem to be blocked...

It's possibly a spoofed number though, as many of the calls from this area in Cali are actually being bounced out of India & the Phillipines through a system similar to Skype. Oh, and don't believe for a second that your Land or Cell Phone Provider can't track it back to it's ACTUAL location. That's pure B.S.! They can and will! It's just a matter of if they really want to be bothered with it & how much you pressure them to do it. Threats of legal action against them rarely work, but getting the Credit Card companies directly involved, as well as filing an actual complaint & actually seeking legal actions seems to work wonders to get them to get off their a**es to trace it back to it's place of origin.

I'm getting calls from this number - 626-273-8240 - NONSTOP, day and night! It's possibly a spoofed number, as many calls from this area in Cali are actually being bounced out of India & the Phillipines through a system similar to Skype. Oh, and don't believe for a second that your Land or Cell phone provider can't track it back to it's ACTUAL location. They can! It's just a matter of if they really want to be bothered with it & how much you pressure them to do it. Threats of legal action rarely work, but filing an actual complaint & seeking legal actions seems to work wonders to get them to get off their a**es to trace it back to it's place of origin.

In my case though, everytime I answer, they hang up instantly.
No machine, no person, just dead air, then it disconnects.

817-284-0509 Receiving calls at my home and cell number from this number on a daily basis. If I don't answer, they hang up. If I answer, they hang up. Complete waste of time and clearly harassment. Both numbers are on the DNC, so I WILL be filing a complaint against them. Don't care who they work for or what they are selling, you do NOT call me 5 times BEFORE 6AM CST just to hang up on me. They are clearly violating the law by calling at the times of the night that they are calling, (I'm getting them after 11PM and before 6AM), the consistency of their calls, and the fact that they are using predictive auto-dialers. Well see what happens after I file the formal complaint. Plus, my family has FULL health insurance, so I sincerely doubt I need coverage from a company who uses bad business practices. And to those who found the PDS name while searching this number, just keep in mind that PDS normally stands for Predictive Dialing Services, which is offered by a company called Avaya, how ironic. :-/

302-286-5252 This is a Hoax! It's an attempted credit card scam! The machine just called my house and claimed to be from a local credit union that I don't even have an account with. The female voice on the other end stated that my ATM account was suspended due to fraud and that if I wanted to reactivate the card, then I needed to press 1 immediately. I pressed 0 to try to get to talk to someone to let them know they had the wrong number and then the machine asked for a 16 digit credit card number. Pressed 0 again, just said the same thing. Punched in 6666666666666666 and a British Man's voice stated that the number I keyed in was incorrect. I'm in Louisiana, NOT England! Tried to use *57 to report it, and it didn't work. Obviously the number is being spoofed. Will be reporting it to the authorities and FTC immediately! I suggest that everyone else do the same, so they can track down who this is and arrest them.

631-653-3000 is continuously calling my home and cell numbers, both of which are on the DNC list. Reporting to AT&T and the FTC directly, as harassing phone calls, as each time they call I hear numerous beeps, then they hang up.

They called my home AND my cell. Traceback on this number the call came from did NOT work. Probably an offshore setup. On the messages they leave it's a woman named Jackie, asking if I wanted to know how to make thousands each week with voice mail and instructing me to call 415-295-1559. It's a pre-recorded autodialer message (you can hear the clicks) and does NOT offer any type of Opt-Out option on the calls. Will be reporting it, as both my numbers are on the Do Not Call list and I know for sure that I have NOT had any past business experience with this company, as they try to use that "loophole" to get around the DNC law. If it was just one call, I might ignore it. But when they call my Home AND Cell number 3 times a day on each for over a week, it's considered harassment. Reporting to the FTC directly.

Come to find out, this is a not so trustworthy business called "FROST - ARNETT COMPANY". Do a search for them on Google, and you'll see all the complaints and lawsuits against them. After doing a LOT of research, it seems that a local Anesthesiologist's Office, illegally turned a bill (that my wife SUPPOSEDLY owed to them) over to Frost Arnett for collection. We NEVER once RECEIVED or even knew about this supposed bill & the local Anesthesiologist's office clearly violated numerous laws in the process of turning this over to a collection agency, as they NEVER once contacted us about this bill. No phone calls, no mail, nothing. Phone bills don't lie folks. Neither do Certified mail receipts. Also, you can't legally just turn a bill over to a collection agency without first trying to contact the customer, both via Phone and through REGISTERED MAIL. We never received any phone calls or registered letters from these people. Plus, the charges are false, as my wife did NOT have ANY type of Surgery performed, yet they are trying to charge a bill for "SURGERY". We have already verified this with United Healthcare, and this seems to be a clear case of attempted Double Dipping, as well as Insurance Fraud! We WILL be contacting the Insurance Commissioners Office directly and filing a greivance against them to have this crap removed immediately from our credit report, as well as reporting the Anesthesiologist's office to the Medical Association and the District Attorney's office for ATTEMPTED FRAUD.

Received a call from 877-320-1816 at 5:47 AM this morning. I heard a few clicks, then someone breathing, then silence (like they hit a mute button), then it hung up on me. They have called a few times in the past few days, and it's the same thing each time. If the calls continue, I WILL be filing a Complaint with the FTC against them as these are illegally made (5:47 AM!!) nuisance/harassment calls.

Calls from 888-451-6565 are coming in at almost exactly the SAME TIME (can you say Auto-dialer?) EVERYDAY for OVER a week now. EVERY time I try to answer, it hangs up on me. According to AT&T and the FTC's website, that's considered harassment and is prosecutable with fines and possible jail time.

My number is listed on the DNC and I rewnew it yearly to make sure it STAYS on the DNC list.

Irregardless of whether this number has a relationship with this company or not (which I do NOT), this company does not have the right to call me BEFORE 6AM (received two calls so far at that time) and everyday at exactly 10:42 AM for over a week now. Just received a call from this number (850-626-1361) at our home. It was an automated system at first, then you press a number to speak to a person, so my wife did. The girl said her name was "Shequana" or some such ghetto crap name. Couldn't really understand her. My wife informed her that we were on the DNC List and would like to please have them remove us from their list and the girl asked my wife for our number. My wife informed her that they called us and they should have our number. The girl said that it was an automated system and she couldn't remove it. My wife inquired about the name of the company and at first she refused to give my wife any info, then she finally said the company name was "Credit Services". When my wife once again stated that we're on the DNC list and to please remove us, the girl got very rude and told my wife "Next time, don't press 1, press 2 and it'll opt you out!" and then she hung up on my wife. Reporting this call directly to the FTC. This crap needs to stop.

Getting calls from this number (307-215-1002) at all hours of the day and night. If I answer, they hang up. If I don't answer, they don't leave a message, just 3 minutes of silence OR 3 minutes of beeps and click.

Received a call from someone today from the number 1-800-619-5487. Left a message on our machine, said her name was Roseanne and she asked for my wife by her FULL name. I have NO idea who they are, as she didn't say what the purpose of the call was or what company she was with. Tried calling them back and got a machine that hung up on me after answering. Tried 3 more times, same thing each time, hung up on me. If this is some kind of debt collection agency, then I know damn good and well that it is NOT for us, as the only money we owe is our house mortgage and NOTHING else to anyone.

I am receiving NONSTOP calls from 213-537-1438 AND 213-537-1439. These calls are coming in at all hours of the day AND night, so I'm pretty sure they are using an automated system. They NEVER leave a message and they ALWAYS hang up. Even if I answer, they hang up on me instantly. As I have elderly sick family and my wife travels for work, I CANNOT just turn my phone off, as some people have suggested. I have since decided NOT to answer them any longer and have saved the number(s) into my cell phone under "TM # - Do NOT Answer!" (Where # would be TM1, TM2, etc.) I have also set the Ringer Option (Ringer ID on Motorola Phones) in my Cell phone for these numbers to SILENT, so I won't be bothered from calls from them again. I have started doing this with all of the TM numbers I receive calls from as well, as it has saved me a lot of time from wondering who the hell is calling me at 3 AM CST. As my Cell number IS listed on the FTC's Do-Not-Call list, I WILL be reporting these calls on Ongoing Disturbance/Nuisance Calls immediately. I am NOT subscribed to any of the magazines that anyone has mentioned here, nor would I, after seeing their bad business practices. So, I have NO clue why in the hell they would continue to keep calling me over and over, including AFTER 9PM and BEFORE 8AM CST (which is illegal), just to hang up on me. But didn't show a name or anything else, just the number.

No clue who these people are.
I don't owe anyone anything, so it's not a bill collector in my case.

This is the first time that number has called my cell or home, so I wasn't familiar with it.

Your call is required upon delivery." Don't have and never had a Playboy subscription, so not really sure how this scumbag got my info. The postcard included NO return address (thought that was illegal...?) but does have a Presorted First Class Mail U.S. Postage Paid stamp from Stockton, CA, Permit # 280. I guess if you have a USPS postal permit, you're allowed to break the law by not including a return address?

I have been receiving calls from this number (504-723-5296) for the last 7 days at EXACTLY 10:20 AM each and every day. It's a cell number through Sprint located not too far from where I live, but can't seem to find out the owner (YET...) I'm thinking it's an automated sales call/telemarketer, because the calls come in everyday at EXACTLY the same time. I'm going to be contacting Sprint directly about these calls, as I have the logs to prove it. Each and everytime I answer, I can hear someone breathing, I say "Hello?" and they hang up abruptly.

Received a call from NME Prize Disbursement.

The lady informed me that I MIGHT have won a Million Dollars.
She asked me what I would do with the money if I won, then she proceeded to list about 30 different magazines that I MIGHT be interested in subscribing to.

The price for each magazine was a weekly fee, not a yearly fee, and it was a SCAM, pure and simple.

The magazines don't even cost that much if you buy them off the newsstands...

She told me that I was called regarding this due to my excellent credit standing and wanted to know if I wanted to use my Mastercard or Visa to purchase the magazines that she talked about. I informed her that I already have a subscription to some of them and that I'm really not interested in the others.

At this point she made a huffing sound and hung up on me.

And then the speel goes a little longer and then it beeps waiting for you to speak your info.

The only reason I even bothered to try to answer the calls is because Cingular has been SUCKING lately and has been dropping calls like crazy.

He hypes up the company, it's products (doesn't say what the products are - probably recruting other people...) and it's in a position to "explode". --- Blah Blah Blah --- Says to press 2 for more info. Then hangs up. No removal request option, nothing.

Spammer phone call from a machine named "Tracy", calling to inform me that "You now qualify for a lower interest rate on your Visa or Mastercard with blah-blah-blah bank" which I've never even heard of before.

I didn't even let it finish it's speel, I just hung up on it instead.

I've been getting calls from this number for quite a while now. Call times range from 6:30am to 11:45pm CST. Each and every time I have tried to answer, they hang up. They called my phone once again today and I answered. It was a male, in his 20's, (with a LOT of background noise, just like a telemarketer's office filled with monkeys with a script) offering to renew a free trade publication - Lightwave - which I no longer subscribe to. When I informed him that I don't receive that magazine any longer nor do I wish to, he changed his story to offer to renew - Aerospace & Military Electronics Magazine - which is yet another magazine that I no longer receive and haven't in over 2+ years. He said the call would only take a minute or two, and it wound up taking over 20 minutes with all the very intrusive questions. I finally informed him that I'd rather not give out all of that information about my employees and that I'd rather not have 10 copies of the same magazine sitting in my office. He tried to hard sell it saying that it's free, so multiple copies would be sent, even after I said to not send them at at all... At least now I know who it was that was calling and I will be contacting the publishers directly instead to have them add me to their removal list.

Just received my 23rd (that's right, twenty third!) call just in the last 4 days from this damnable number: 1-888-481-7225 No clue who it is. If I answer, they hang up. If I don't answer, they hang up/leave no message. I haven't requested ANYTHING about buying a new vehicle in the last 4 years, so I'm not sure why they are calling me. I'm reporting the number to both Cingular and the FCC as harassing phone calls, as the calls are coming in at all hours of the day and night, some even from 1AM to 4AM CST! Since I have family with health issues, I can't put my phone on mute, so I'm going to see about having the number blacklisted/blocked entirely.

This dang machine called my phone again, but this time at 4:47 AM CST! It's the same number 270-818-7244 that shows up, informing me that "You could get a university diploma in just weeks!" I'm contacting Cingular/AT&T about this problem today. I want this number traced and stopped.

Seems they are a part of eBay's Trust & Safety department. After doing some more research, I've found that this number is spoofed quite often and it's not always Sutherland who's calling but telemarketers for various wireless products. In this case, who knows?

Called my cell phone 4 times JUST today and each time they hung up on me when I tried to answer. I'm getting really tired of this crap... Who exactly are these people and why are they calling my cell phone?

This is the 5th call this week from this number. It shows up as Unknown Name and this number (207) 989-6079. I've answered 3 of the 5 calls so far and each time I can hear people talking in the background (like a Call Center) and I say "Hello?" over and over. I can hear them breathing, but they don't respond each time, then finally they hang up. This is annoying and borders on harrassment. After seeing others' comments, I'm not deliquient on ANYTHING - so a collection agency would NOT be calling me. Personally, I think someone is spoofing this number and the calls aren't coming from this exact number, as I've had quite a few like that lately.

I emailed the FCC about this call. Found out that the phone number that was given to me by rude and lying telemarketer is actually owned by the US Postal Service.
