They also collect for Menards. Another person living in my house has this card, and I have told these people that they work two jobs and are not at home. There were times that they refused to leave a message, and would call repeatedly throughout the night. This time they wanted a cell phone number or a work number. I dont think that they were happy when I told them that they would get in trouble for having personal calls at work, but I am not about to give out that number and have one of my family member get fired from their job, and have their coworkers know their personal business. LDG also used to call every hour to every other hour looking for them. I hope that this does not start up again. It is quite annoying, especially when it wakes my son up from his nap. If this business is so bad to deal with when it comes to collections, what does that say about the companies that use them as a debt collector?

I just got the call while making lunch. I answered and listened to the recording say that my vehicle's warranty was about to expire, that this was their second attempt to contact us, and that I should not be driving around without a warranty blah blah blah...Press two to continue driving without a warranty or press one to speak with a representative. I pressed one (I knew it was fishy, but I wanted to hear what kind of BS they were going to spout) So a woman came on the line Dominique or something like that, (hard to understand..they mutter the name on purpose) So she gave me the whole speil about how the warranty was up and that I should not be driving without one and that I would know that my warranty was up if my car had reached 36,000 miles. I told her that I had a few cars and needed to know just which one she was calling about, and again she said about the mileage. I said so you actually do not know exactly which car this is about, and she said no that this was just a courtesy call about my warranty, so I interjected and said "so what you are telling me is that you actually have no idea whether my warranty is up or not, you have no idea what car it is on or even what car I own? Another words you are a sales call? I think that you should know that I am on the DNC list." She said that she was sorry about that and that she will press a button and I will hear a tone which means that I will be taken off of their call list. HA HA HA yeah right all she did was hang up and I got a Dial Tone. I hope they call back, I am going to report them.
