How full of themselves they seem to be. Don't you people have anything better to do with your selves than complain about every single phone call you get. You know you don't answer every call that comes in or go over to the phone everytime it rings. Simply don't answer it and then go on with your lives. If the ringing bothers you that much turn off the ringer and only return calls from phone numbers you know or to people who leave you a message.
Grow up people and let this go. These people who call you are simply trying to conduct business and find out your opinions which are used to provide you better services and products. YOu want to complain about a stranger who was a little rude to you or didn't leave you an answering machine message. If they did you would probably complain about that. You are probably just as rude to people you know personally sometimes and you want to complain about a perfect stranger who is just trying to earn a living. Sure they could go out and work at McDonald's but then where would your teenager or grandparents work after retirement. You probably are on some blog or message board that complains about how you were treated at the teenager in the drive up window. GET OVER YOURSELF and leave these poeple alone all they did was call you to do a survey... It's not illegal, just annoying so get over it.
