The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

This is fraud. This is NOT a Verizon number. Do NOT give your phone number, zip code and password to this caller.
The 615-372-2999 caller does not leave a message because then you'd have technically legal proof of the fraud. Verizon confirms this is not a Verizon number. If you call back you will hear "Verizon Wireless Financial Service" and be asked to give your phone number, zip code and password, which will allow the scam artist access to your true Verizon account. Do NOT give this caller ANY information.
