automated recording left to call an 800 number
Thanks to all of you who've posted on this problem. I can tell you that I'm a frequent Jiffy Lube customer(3vehicles every 90 days)and this is something relatively new. They are seriously trying to improve thier customer service experience and create a universal customer franchise brand(they're spending millions to evaluate every single franchise store nationwide). I just wish they'd ask permission from the customers to participate in this additional annoyance.

I've received several calls this week from this number AND 801-623-4626 which are the same company. No Name, no message, annoying as hell
Caller(female)said that I had recently made a purchase w/their company and that had qualified me for a $100.00 gas card & a $400.00 American Airlines Voucher. She wanted to verify my address and to verify that I still had an active bank account wanting the name of the bank. I asked what she was selling and she said that she was mailing out my awards and that there was nothing to buy nor that I wouldn't be charged anything. When I told Her I was in the middle of doing something, she abruptly hung up on me. I think this is a scam artist company selling non-existent discounts
