The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,

This number is calling my cell phone. caller ID doest say anything, however Verizon Wireless has a feature you can get called City ID. and according to the CITY ID its in Boone, Kentucky. as a rule if i don't know a number I dont answer it. i figure if its someone who knows me they will leave me a voicemail. I have not a clue of who this is or what they want.
someone keeps calling me from this number and I don't know who it is and they never leave a message.
This Place has called my home so many times I lost count. today alone they have called 3 times in an hour cant tell you how many times in the last week, but once is TOO MANY!
THis number keeps calling me and the recording I get says "im a person of interest"
