The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number, All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE". Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

I called their 800 # and was transferred to a 900 # that said charges for $9.95 per minute were starting immediately. REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION: ftc.gov Click on "Consumer Protection" Then, click on "File A Complaint" I used their Ohio address that is posted below in a message by MATT on 11-13-2006
