The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

Haha. These guys rock. They use a VoIP account, and spoof the caller ID. I must have made them feel cool when I explained what they were doing. Sweet.
These guys are using a VoIP account and are spoofing the caller ID. Can't find them. I guess you could, but the FBI wouldn't waste their time. Haha.
