This message got cut off by our voicemail system but said something about an offer code for a free vacation. The guy said the company name so fast I couldn't quite make it out but sounded like "Harrah's Loughlin."
April Peterson from "Cintech" called the office with the same ridiculous message about credit card debt and qualifying for the National Debt Assistance Program.
"Rachel Thomas" called my office with the same stupid speech about predatory lenders and being eligible for the National Debt Reduction Program. Fantastic...
The woman on the recording never identified the company beyond saying they were Nebraska based. I was then urged to call "John" about obtaining affordable health insurance.
Prerecorded message. They never gave a company name but it was the same old nonsense about an expiring car warranty. My workplace is getting inundated by these people.
Called my workplace and hung up as soon as I answered.
They called my office and hung up as soon as I answered. Seem to get a fair number of such calls from Nevada.
Sarah Avis/Avit called again last night with the same message. Right before her "Wendy Parks" called, too. I swear it's the same person. They sound the same and say the exact same thing.
"Wendy Parks" called again last night with the same stupid message. And, yet again, Sarah Avit who sounds identical called right afterwards from 800-657-0562.
"Sarah Avit" called our office and left a message about our credit cards and "predatory lenders." Apparently we quality for the National Debt Assistance Program. Who knew!? Interestingly, "Sarah" sounds identical to and had the same spiel as "Wendy Parks" who called from Intercom Corp earlier in the evening. Junk.
"Wendy Parks" called our office and left a message about our credit cards and "predatory lenders." Apparently we quality for the National Debt Assistance Program. Who knew!? Interestingly, "Wendy" sounds identical to and had the same spiel as "Sarah Avit" who called from US Communications later in the evening. Junk.
They called my office saying my car warranty was about to expire. I don't have a car and the company cars are under warranty. Another scammer tying up our phone line...
Mike called my office selling a satellite system. I hung up before the automated message was finished. Wish they'd stop calling.
Called my office and hung up when I answered.
Hang up call, whitepages.com says it's based out of LA.
Sara Avis with QS Communications called my office's mainline about credit balances and predatory lenders saying it "was very important" to call her. Right...
James Penn from "Data Tech Link" said it was very important I call regarding my credit balances and predatory lenders. This left on my office's main line. Junk. We've gotten the same message from different numbers and bogus companies.
Hung up.
Called my office trying to sell satellite TV. Urged me to press 1 to learn about DVR or similar. I hung up.
This time it was complete silence on the other line as I said our company's greeting. Then they hung up.
Prerecorded message came through on my office's main line. They said it was the "second and final notice" regarding our auto warranty. They said to press 1 for a representative or 2 to cancel our account. We have no such account. Con artists, likely.
They called my home with a prerecorded message about vacation packages. I was told to press 1 to speak to a representative or 2 to have my number removed. I pressed 2 but suspect it won't help matters.
Tom with First Choice called my workplace to say we qualified for a satellite dish system and to push 1 for more information. Fell for that once, no one ever actually removes your number it seems...
Jennifer Moore (one wonders if she's related to Jay) with Solutions Services Corps called my business line to assure me that my credit situation was not as bad as predatory collectors make it sound. She told me it was "very important" I call as I qualify for National Debt Assistance Program. I'll pass.
Frank Thomas called my office yet again. Same message about it being imperative that I call about debt reduction. This is probably the worst company for calling with unwanted messages. I lost count of how many times they called before I started logging them.
They've called my workplace numerous times with an automated message about expiring auto warranties. We wish they'd stop as it's not applicable and very annoying.
I picked up and heard a phony sounding voice say "Hello..." while I was still trying to get out our company's greeting. Then they hung up. I just know they were telemarketers.
Hung up as soon as I answered with our business' name.
These people call our office about once a month. They say they're a marketing company and ask about our computers (i.e. what systems we run, the number of computers, etc.) Each time the caller sounds the same but his name changes. Today it's Harry. They have been twice asked to remove us from their call list but apparently they've yet to do that.
Gary Miller called saying it was "imperative" I call him about my credit card debt because of rates going up and their having a debt reduction solution for me. This on my office's main line.
"Sam Abbott" has called my home phone with the exact same script.
I've yet to call either back but have a strong suspicion that if I did I'd just get hung up on.
I hope bob has good luck with his lawsuit! These people are annoying.
I didn't answer. No idea what it was about but they hung up without leaving a message so probably a good thing I didn't bother to pick up.
These people, "James Penn" in particular, leave messages on my office's answering machine probably 3-4 times a week. James says he's calling from City Direct Solutions which offers Debt Reduction. I've never called back and don't plan to since it seems to be one of those where you just get hung up on.
This was Mark with Satellite TV Co. Strange since yesterday "Mark" called my office from 818-870-5077.
I didn't press 1 this time but last time "Mark" called and I did the person who answered hung up after I said they needed to remove our business' number from their list.
Not 10 minutes after calling my company's main line (and my unsuccessfully requesting they stop), they called my personal line.
My workplace is getting bombarded with junk calls, including many from these people who have a recording from "Mark with Satellite TV Co." who urges you to press 1. I did and got a person asking if I wanted satellite TV. When I said that I was calling to get my company's number removed, they hung up.
They've repeatedly call our office. Usually when I pick up, it's just dead air.
