The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".

Oh, I forgot to mention that almost half the time when this number calls me, it just hangs up after I answer, so, yeah, AT&T has some *SERIOUS* problems to correct with that!
AT&T needs to fix their automated system. There are certain people, like me, who prefer to be mailed a survey than take one over the phone, especially on their schedule, not yours. However, the number can be dialed back to get the automated system whenever someone wishes. But, still, if you ask not to be called, I wish their machine would abide by that request. Also, it would be nice if the name on the Caller ID said, "AT&T Feedback," or, at least, "AT&T," so then we would have some smidgen of a clue what the call is regarding! After all "Toll Free Call" is probably the most cryptic thing you can display on a Caller ID other than "Unavailable" or "Private." I'll take it up with the AT&T people as soon as I get a chance because this is ridiculous!
Came up on my caller ID at a little after 9 in the morning. As usual, they left no message. Good thing I turned the ringer off last night as I usually do because my wife and I didn't need to get up until 10. Yep, that's what's happened to us as a result of these pieces of scum calling us at all kinds of hours, whether it's legal or not (in this case I guess it would have been technically legal, but not welcomed). Every night we habitually turn off our ringer before we go to bed and every morning we always turn it back on. I guess having one more thing to do at night and in the morning is a small price to pay for not getting deliberately annoyed by these ...erm, people.
A machine called and asked me if I want to manage my debt. I hung up.
This number called me. Because I have received such calls before from other unknown numbers and I didn't recognize this one, I yelled in a highly agitated voice, "HELLO!" And they just hung up on me! Good! It was the first time this particular number called me, but I doubt it will be the last! These guys are real stinkers!!!
They just called me and an automated message said something like, "If you are tired of debt collectors calling you and want to consolidate your debt in easy-to-make payments, please press one." I pressed 1 just so I can tell them to stop calling me. A male came on the line and said, "Thank you for calling (something, something; didn't catch it, sorry) Debt Consolidation. Would you like to save money and consolidate your debt with us today?" I responded, "NO! I would like you to please stop calling this number." I thought he was going to take my number down and add it to his company's Do-Not-Call list or something, but he just *HUNG* *UP* *ON* *ME*!!!! What a scumbag!
This number keeps calling me, but never leaves a message. Plus, I don't owe any debt to Fidelis!!!
