The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number, All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

They keep on calling and never leaving a message. I called back and got what sounded like an old lady. She explained that she didn't know who keeps using her phone to call everywhere. She said she's received calls from Rhode Island and New York.
Sounds kind of fishy.
