The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number, All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want
If you look at their website (pubintcom.com) you will see a list of their clients. It took some time but I wrote every one of them with the below msg. Feel free to copy and do the same!

You are listed as one of their “clients”. I am officially notifying you that I will NEVER donate to your organization due to their annoying telemarketing practices. They call every single day, with no consideration of the time of day.
Using them has just cost you any future donation you might have received from me.
