The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

returned call and went through automated system that was not available. left message stating I wanted to be placed on do not call list.
returned called. automated answer asking if i want to be placed on do not call list. seemed to work.
returned called. automated removal no answer. left message asking to be placed on do not call list, and then saved number under not suppose to call. if they do i will report to donotcall.gov
returned call. sears home improvements products. agent answered and I asked to be placed on do not call list and the agent seemed to be rushed and asked for my number and said I would be on the do not call list within 30 days.
MY QUESTION TO OUR LOVELY GOVERNMENT IS: if their going to have citizens put their numbers on national do not call list, and these bastards call anyway, what is the point? Can someone help me... oh wait, that's right! Our government... the poor things can't make a do not call list work correctly but we're suppose to believe the country is hitting on all 8?

register at donotcall.gov it's really simple and only takes 30 seconds.
This number calls and I can't get through to anyone alive, and when I try to call back the number is not in service. I hate them!!!
