The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

Called my cell today. Right after I reported two of these a******s' numbers to T-Mobile for that crap, I get called from a third one.
Called @ 2030 on 03/12/07. Normally when I'd hit Answer (it was my cell) and not say anything, they'd stay on the line about 15 seconds. This time I hit Answer and repeatedly played a .WAV file I have of the beeping you'd hear if you called a disconnected number, and the call ended after 4 seconds.
