The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number, All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

outfoarea calls from 5 phone numbers:
No message left on ans machine.
I didn't get the whole message, but recorded message said we could get a better mortgage rate. Calling back the number to demand them to take us off their list only resulted in "the number you have dialed is not in service" message. My guess is that that was recorded by the people so they can see who calls them, then they'll probably call us again. Anyway, they've been reported to the Do Not Call site.
The FTC shut down several "Rachels" and "Heathers" in 2010 based on complaints to them and state AGs. These characters can be slippery and seem to breed like roaches. The cleanup will stall if people do not keep pouring on the complaints each time these criminals call.
They call and call and call. Why isn't something being done about these annoyances?
} "you called me I didn't call you"
Please ... These criminals will say anything to confuse you. When you revoke call permission, that ends the argument. It hardly matters who dialed first! Some of these credit reprice scammers are likely calling from outsice the US and know citizens can't sue them, so they think they are entitled to curse and abuse.
Company calls every 24-48 hours always from a different number with same recording saying that I can lower my credit card interest rate, press 3 to stop the calls (gets beeping sound), press 9 to speak to a rep. In the past when I pressed 9 I got a rude person and when I asked to be put on the 'do not call' list they replied "you called me I didn't call you". The company says they are cardholder services and tries to trick you into thinking they are calling from YOUR credit card company but they ask YOU to tell THEM who your company is. Lastly they are breaking the law by not abiding by the FCC 'do not call' law. Very annoying.
When one of these "scammers" call, I always say something surprised like "is this about my Chapter 11 filing this week?" It stops them for a few months. These are not legit callers so there's no way to report them. Rather than get mad, just imply that you are broke and have actually legally filed for bankruptcy. They won't bother you for awhile.
This was another call, the forth in a week, from the famous Rachel at Cardmember Services. They did not respond to the "Press 1" prompt, and disconnected. I have reported the Do Not Call List total lack of enforcement against these people to Senator Chris Dodd (much good that will do). Since each bogus call is supposed to bring a $10,000 fine, enforcing the law against these people could pay off the National Debt.
Recording saying they have a "VERY IMPORTANT message about our credit card account. Nothing is wrong, but it is VERY IMPORTANT that you call about lowering your interest rates." And so on... I only wish there was some way to find out who these people are and have them fined for violations of the federal Do-Not-Call. At $50K a pop, they wouldn't be at this for very long.
This is "collection company". We have received at least 4 calls at various times and they want you to press 9 . We do not owe anyone anything!! Some company in Virginia I think! Says we are not in trouble yet!!
No message left. I was not home when called.
I didn't answer the call because it was anonymous and there was a 000 prefix, has anyone else seen this?
skip tracing and they've received written notice from me to stop.
Multiple calls on a daily basis. They are skip tracing and I have written letters telling them to stop and they don't. Need to find an attorney to help me sue.
we called back after we got the call. Told them to remove our #. we are on a no call list and they are in violation of this and we are sending there info to the no call list. lol they said it will be removed in the next 24 hours , and i said next time i get a call it will be reported again. every time you report there # to the no call list they have to pay a fine. So lets all get together and make them pay for calling no call list people. Make sure you all report every time they do so.
I've been receiving calls to my cell phone from these knuckle heads since Oct'07. A number I've never given out. Every day, twice a day, sometimes they don't call for a few days or a day, and you begin to think maybe it's over. And then it starts again, sometimes I get calls on the weekends, sometimes late at night. And to respond to Julle, the DO Not Call Registry is BS. They don't do anything in regards to stopping the calls from coming in, the just log the complaints. As usual with these Federal Agencies they do nothing but sit on their hands. Your tax dollars at work. I've set these bozos number in my cell's phone book to silent. So I never get their messages, just tells me I missed a call. It's ether that, or change my number, and I've had it for years, and I'm not bout to do that for some a-holes that got my number from some master list of phone numbers.
Company has been calling every day for about a month. I just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission Do-Not-Call site, donotcall.gov
HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS AS HAS EVERYONE ELSE. I AM PRINTING OUT ALL OF THE COMMENTS AND SENDING THEM TO THE OFFICES OF MY SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVE WITH A COVER LETTER ASKING THAT THEY INQUIRE WITH THE FTC REGARDING SITUATION/ACTION. I HAVE FOUND THAT WHEN A CONGRESSIONAL OFFICE MAKES AN INQUIRY TO A FEDERAL OFFICE, THE AGENCY IS INCLINED TO PUT THE COMPLAINTS TO THE "TOP OF THE FILE". I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO THE SAME.
An update to the message above:
Once registered, it will be permanent (a law passed in Feb. 2008) not just 5 years, unless you call and have it removed. Hope this helps!
I got an email from a coworker in January of 2008:
REMINDER.... 5 days from today, all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive sales calls.
.....YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS
To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone: 888-382-1222.
It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your time.
It blocks your number for five (5) years.
You must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked.
You cannot call from a different phone number.
HELP OTHERS BY PASSING THIS ON TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS.
It take about 20 seconds
they say i owe a debt, want personal information they should already have and won't put it into writting.
some debt i am supposed to owe someone. they won't say.they won't put into words and mail it to me .if it is a valid debt i'll work it out,but they want personal information that they should already have.
They call at all times, do not leave a message on our ans ma. We will not pick up. This is very annoying and wish they'd get a real job and leave people alone.
Calls from this number used to drive me crazy. I bought a device that checks called ID numbers, and does not let your phone ring on numbers or names you specify. Worked like magic; NO MORE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ANYMORE!!!! interceptorid.com
A recorded message on my phone saying that they would like to talk to me about a private business matter. This recording leaves the same message each time. This message comes every day around 4:00PM. Sometimes they will call 2 to 3 times a day. I am on the do not call list and I can not get any help from my state to look into this.
Today, for about the 5th or 6th time in two weeks, I received this message on my answering machine:
Hello. I am calling with an important message. This is not a sales call. Please call me back at 1 877 337 3099. That number again is 1 877 337 3099. When calling please reference the following number: nnnnnnnn.
Welcome. This call may be monitored or recorded. For our mailing address, please press 1. If you believe that we have contacted you in error, please press 2. If you would like to speak to an agent, please press 0.
Mailing address given: PO Box 4437 Englewood, Colorado 80155
I then pressed 2: a robot asked for the phone number they had called me on. I entered it on the keypad. The robot then said it would remove my phone number.
I was not satisfied with this interaction, so I then called back and pressed 0 for an agent. A woman answered:
Bay Area Credit. How may I help you? Me: I am receiving a lot of phone calls from you on my answering machine. Her: What phone number are we calling? I gave it. Confirm: xxxxx xxxxxxxx (a person's name). Me: Uh. I have heard that name before. But, it is nobody I know. I have received other calls for this person. Them: OK we will go ahead and remove your number.
In May-Jun of 2007, I got two or more calls for this person from a Walter Smith at FMS Incorporated. I called FMS, told them the person was unknown to me and the calls stopped.
I have been getting phone calls for the last 4 months every day from these people.
Calls frequently and just says to reference a certain number to call them back. Isn't this against the Do Not Call law? I have no business with them and have never had any business with them. No debt, no reason for them to call.
Called the number back on the caller ID and then 0 to talk to an agent they got nasty when I wanted the name of the company and the business they do. They gave me 3 different names they were trying to reach but none were mine. I have had this phone number for 6 years. They have awful records and from what I can find out are trying to collect "junk" debts. Consumer beware give them none of your information!
They hung up when I asked who was calling when I called back the recording said to press 2 if you were called in error I did and they said they would remove the number in 2 days
Let's sue them!
Bay Area Credit Services a.k.a., U.S. Audit Control. Low life bottom feeders. Ships all of your private information (SSN, Drivers License #, address, phone number, etc.) to INDIA to save a few bucks on labor and line his own pockets with the difference. Any organization doing business with Bay Area Credit Services and US Audit Control should be avoided at all costs. Richard B. Hunter, Bay Area Credit Services and US Audit Control should be placed on the watch list for Homeland Security; this man
After think about what I posted I could see how someone might think I was crazy. Relax, I don't owe any money, they call all of the time, and I think they know to call when my kids are sleeping. I just want off of their list.
Recorded usual "this is an important business call press 1 or call the 877 337 3099..."
This is a phishing exercise to gain one's SSN so they can research credit databases.. they should be sued for their illegal intrusions to get SSN's.
Recorded message says 'this is not a sales call, we have an important message for you. Please call us back at 877-337-3099 and give the reference number 10199659.' We don't have any outstanding bills.
Like the others, I have been continually harassed by this anonymous caller for months. The computer says "This is not a sales call", and demands that I call another phone number. This goes on day and night.
All of the same here. I'm starting to build a case, and make threats of my own.
These people call me daily trying to contact a person who owes a debt. Every day they tell me that they will remove my number from their list.
This number calls me 3-4 times a day starting at 8 AM
I just called them back and talked with one of their collection agents. Told them I owed NO-ONE and wanted the calls stopped. They checked their caller ID and asked me if my name was someone I've never heard of. Told them emphatically NO! They gave an address and asked if that was mine. Told them emphatically NO! (All true by the way.) They said my number would be removed from their list within 48 hours. We'll see.
Im so relieved to hear other ppl are getting this call. I was afraid my name has been dragged into something. I had just started a new job, had a new work line, and i've been getting this call 2-3 times a day. very tricky that they call from various numbers, thanks to mark for listing a bunch of them. Ugh. I work in client services so answering the phone is a huge part of my job...this is very frustrating.
Since May 29, 2007 I have received 114 calls from this company called Bay Area Credit Services. They call at least once a day, up to four times a day, from 8:01 am until 8:00 pm. I've spoken to their reps on the phone and told them to stop calling me to no avail. I want to report them and make them pay for all of this bullshit. The number that I've been getting called by is 866-488-4299, and now I'm getting 877-337-3099 leaving the same reference number.
Caller is a bottom feeder Collection Agency which used to be called TrueLogic Financial Services, but is now using Bay Area Credit Services. Same people run the new company.
They call constantly asking for people that have never lived here that owe alleged debts.
It doesn't matter if you inform them (repeatedly) that you do not know or have ever heard of the person they are asking for; they will just call tomorrow asking for a new person. I think most of the names are made up anyway.
I receive calls about every other day to call this number back, I ahve no clue as to who it is, Want these calls stopped, as I get calls on weekends , after 9pm and before 8am
Scam credit company that calls and switches numbers after blocking. Totally unwarranted, harassing and irresponsible. No accounts at our number. Reported to DOJ. Filed state complaint.
I called and after getting hung up on several times by very rude operators, I was finally told the company is "Bay Area". When I refuse to give them my phone number or the reference number, they get rude and hang up. Don't call from a phone number you care about. It's a scam.
I have been receiving these calls for at least 10 days. The message says that it is an important business matter, but no details, if they leave a message at all. I do not know the company and have the calls come every day. This is truly annoying.
Credit Card Collections. Unknown which one.
Pay the Bill.
I get calls from these idiots every day asking for people I don't even know.
Update! they have continued to call about a dozen more times since my last ost. I have had each call traced by the phone company. The last time they called i held for an operator and informed the gentleman "Billy Paige" that he was working for a company that is commiting fraud by report false info and debts to credit bureaus and that i didnt owe this debt even confirmed it with the phone company. I also told him I will be filing a police report and that he needs to get on the net and check out the company he works for. He was baffled. They have called on sundays and after 9pm also which is illegal according to the fair debt collection laws. He also told me they changed their business name from trulogic to bay area something. Not sure if it will work hopefully he told a supervisor i havent had a call back yet but its only been 2 days lol. oh and he gave me an address in colorado i will post i told him well your phone # this time says phoenix az. So these people are up to some fishy illegal stuff.
They call me everyday on my cell phone, I don't answer it. Someone listed their fax number as 303-432-7337 which is disconnected but if you reverse the exchange number to make it the same as their office it is a fax machine. 303-423-7337.
I am going to fax them and tell them to quit calling me. Maybe 100 times.
I *JUST* got Comcast Digital Voice today and LESS than 1 HOUR after the tech left, these people called. I was outside at the time but they left a voicemail. "this is an important business message, not a sales call, please call 877-337-3099 and provide this reference number (read by a computer voice)" I immediately googled the number and found some interesting things. I'll see if they call back.
CC company UNKNOWN YET
We also have been getting these calls for past few days. very annoying we didnt recog the number so i looked it up and found this forum. We also have no debts in collection. I think the person with the "wardialer" has the right idea, nothing else works with these people. they are relentless and are good at hiding, so when you start costing them money Im betting they will stop calling. LOL!
From what I can find out on line this is a collection agency. I called back and there is no identification, i chose the option for the mailing address, looked them up online by address and found this site as well as rip off reports on them. I don't have an AT&T account, so I am certain this isnt for me. Also, if they call and there is no answer, they leave a dead air message.
I have been getting calls from this number on my cell for a few months asking for someone I dont' know. I finally called today to have the matter cleared up...of course it was a recording...I hit the number to have my phone taken off their list. The recorded message said it will take 2 working days, lets see if this is true!
they work right downtown in milwaukee wisconsin in a space thats for rent for teltemarkers so no one will find but i found acouple of them.
I get the same calls only they call after hours and on weekends. I never get the option to press 1 or anything but they leave me a call back number. When I call back right after getting the message I get a recording saying that it is after business hours and to please call back during the correct times. This is so annoying. Not only can they not call me directly but then in good faith I call back immediatly and their office is closed. IDIOTS!!!!
They are phishing for you to call back. Once you do, they have your CallerID info to aid their debt collection.
When calling back on 877-337-3009 there is NOTHING to identify what this company is AT ALL. An automated female voice says simply "Hello" and then launches into the various options.
However, one option (#2) is that you can have your phone number removed from their call list. I would suggest at least trying this option first before getting involved in any lengthy time- and energy-consuming dispute process.
The caller ID showed 480-543-1164. When I answered a recorded message came on and said that they had an important business matter to discuss and to please call back 877-337-3099 and then it gave a reference number to give when returning their call. The call did not tell who the company was or who the call was for. I returned the call on both numbers and got a message saying that their offices were closed and to call back during their business hours which were eastern time M-Saturday. The area code that that the 480 number was called from was Phoenix - not eastern time. I understand TLF is located in Colorado - not Phoenix or anywhere in the Eastern time zone. Sounds like someone trying to hide something to me where they can't be traced to any one area.
I got another (one of at least 50) from the 877-337-3099, but it showed on caller ID as 4805431164. I believe these calls are spurred by someone who used to have my phone number because I used to get tons of calls asking for another person and mentioning a collection agency. I'm tempted to change my phone number but then I have to remember who I have to give the new one to. It's a pain in the rear and all because someone didn't pay their bills.
annoying message, twice per day, every day, somebody knows who to remove ours number from the list or that to do in these cases?
This recording leaves the same message and a ref no. each time.Every day they call asking we call them back.Very annoying!!!
Two calls in a week at approx. the same time -- 8pm. Both times I attempted to return their call and found their office closed. What a nussiance.
PLEASE GO TO THE FORUM TO
SEE MORE COMPLAINTS ABOUT
TRUE LOGIC FINANCIAL,A COLLECTION AGENCY.
Have received about 3 calls from this number with a recording saying to call them back. Haven't done it, don't know who they are.
They left a message saying it is an important message and asked to call back this number. They also gave a reference number to mention when calling back. It was a woman speaking.
I kept getting the same MSG's as everyone. I finally clld bck, it is True Logic Financial (collection agency) & we have no bad debt. Turns out our # got assc'd w/someone who formerly lived @ our adrs. TLF removed it & apoligized. YEAH NO MORE CALLS!
Got a message saying to call them back. It is important. Not a sales call. No name just a reference number.
they call several times a week always the same thing, saying this is not a sales call, please call me back at this number, we have important information for you. I laugh and hang up
these calls are very a pain in the but, especially when your sick and the phone is constantly ringing throughout the day
we get calls consatantly from this phone, they are very annoying when they at 8:00a.m. in the mornin
Go to www.adviceontime.com and read the article on getting rid of debt collectors. it worked for me.
yeah i've been getting calls from these people for the last 2 weeks, i tried calling the number back before but it didn't do anything, this time I actually got through and got a person, when i gave her that number they leave in the message she read my number and i said "correct" and then she read some lady's name and I said "no" and she said she was sorry and that they were given the wrong number...so if this doesn't work, i'm gonna start reverse call-stalking them like you guys and file a complaint
This company is calling my cell phone and will not stop calling although I let them know they have the wrong number.
We too have been getting these recorded msgs from this company. We have no outstanding debts, nothing in collection, etc. We have not called them back but I do like the retaliatory spam calls idea!
Don't know who these people are. IF this is a debt collector they are trying to reach the wrong party. We have zero debts that would warrant a collection agency. We are vigilant in paying our bills and in watching our credit report, and nothing erroneous is on it either. This is very annoying. Two weeks ago we had a bank calling us for a week repeatedly asking for two people we have never heard of. We finally got them to stop calling after threatening to notify the Atty Gen. for Consumer Protection.
These people are driving me nuts.
They are a colledtion agency that attempts to collect long after the bill has been paid off. This company resorts to contacting references you may have listed. I have asked them to cease contacting my friends and family no less than 4 times, especially when they have my number. They assure me that the number has been removed from thier records and then resume the calling 4 to 6 weeks later.
I get this call at least 3 times a day. This is harrassment and these people should be sued. What about a class action suit? Are there any lawyers out there reading this who would be interested in taking this on?
I just recieved the call at out 8pm called back and the recording said it was closed. Im hearing that this AT&T and a bill collector..... Anyone think its AT&T
These folks have been calling here for 4 years over a debt my son didnt pay when he went to jail which I have explained to them. Last time they called, I simply placed my wardialer on a loop to dial the 877 number, connect, disconnect, redial. Do it again. Couple days later a human called wanting to know what I was doing. I simply replied,"Being as annoying as you."
They pay for each call to that 877 number, and a computer can dial it toll free a lot of times in a short time period. They'll get the message.
They have called sometimes 2 times a day everyday for the last 2 weeks. We have no debts in collections.
They have called us everyday for the past 4 days. They don't state who they are calling for or who they are. I don't call back. We too are on the DNC list, no debt etc..
I file a complaint with the FTC every time I get a call documenting the date and time. I do this after every call. It is time consuming but maybe eventually FTC will do something positive!
I think the owners are:
Paul and Cristin Konkel
phone: 303 932 8718
15 Honey Locust
Littleton, CO 80127
Might be useful to file suit.
I responded to the other thread for another of their numbers, 866 488 4299. Go to their website:
You'll find all of the info you need to spam the heck out of them, good idea BTW, John.
I suggest that if you do this, set up your modem or fax to call using one of the inexpensive calling cards. That way their callerID will show nothing but doo doo. Now, to set up that modem....
TrueLogic actually called around 7:40,but my fingers were faster than my brain at the moment(never type in anger lol)
this is the second day in a row that truelogic called.I called them back and they were closed.(they actually have business hours?)The call came in about 9:40pm Mountain time on 02/27/07
I get several calls a day from these yahoos. They never leave a message. I've got great credit, no collections.
This number just called at around 9pm tonight. I thought it was illegal for any business to call you that late. This was another "reverse"answering machine wich stated it was an "important business"call and they failed to identify themselves. After some research I found that this company has been getting complaints and actually had criminal charges filed against them for the past four years. How can this go on for so long? Why is the FTC not doing there jobs?
We have received two calls from this number showing as "877 Services" The first time, my husband answered and it was a recording asking him to call them back with a reference number. That was yesterday. Today they called again, and I answered. I said Hello four times..and no one responded. I hung up. I do not have any accounts in collections.
We get these phone calls a couple times a week, from 6am to 9pm.
Am recording: Something about an important message call back. They don't identify themself, or state the nature of the call. We are on do not call list.
They've been calling every day for months. I answered it a few times but didn't realize how persistent they were until my wife mentioned that she has to turn the phone off when the kids are sleeping.
Has anyone called them and been able to get them to stop?
I get 2-3 calls per day for the last month.
I return their calls, except its all at once...if they call me ten times in a week, I call them 20 times, one after the other and remind them that I'm returning their call as asked to do, and that it costs THEM money each time I dial the 800#. They stop!
Even after they say they will stop calling I still "return" a few more calls to help them REMEMBER.
I filed a police report and got a case # so AT&T would put a trap on my line and the #,s 303-577-2765 and 877-337-3099 belong to Eschelon Telecom Inc. @ 990 S. Broadway Street, Suite 100 Denver, Co. 80209 Their office # is 303-423-4250 and fax is 303-432-7337 so lets all get together and flood their office and fax with tons of bullshit like their doing to us and put the shoe on the other foot
I've reported them and I want the calls to stop!
These idiots are driving me crazy! Every day they leave a message! I've called them to be removed from their list (twice). They don't seem to have my number in their databank; however, I still get a call from them daily! They should be arrested! I'm sick of them!
I've been getting calls about once a week. They don't leave a message. Just their number shows.
These people suck and i am tired of them, calling for people i do not even know.
Do Not Call list does not effect debt collector's, so it doesn't matter if you are on the list or not, you can and will get called.
They have added an option to the call-back number to remover your number from their list if in error. You just need to enter the number when prompted. I just did it after getting 1 call per day since about September. Will see if it works.
Have had MULTIPLE calls from this w/ an automated message. Finally called back, and asked what the company was - Truelogic Financial. I explained that my number was on the DNC list, and to please make sure that they stopped calling. We'll see if that actually occurs - we've had something like 5 calls/week for the last 1-2 months.
What can you do if you believe a debt collector violated the law?
You have the right to sue a collector in a state or federal court within one year from the date the law was violated. If you win, you may recover money for the damages you suffered plus an additional amount up to $1,000. Court costs and attorney' s fees also can be recovered. A group of people also may sue a debt collector and recover money for damages up to $500,000, or one percent of the collector' s net worth, whichever is less.
Where can you report a debt collector for an alleged violation?
Report any problems you have with a debt collector to your state Attorney General' s office and the Federal Trade Commission. Many states have their own debt collection laws, and your Attorney General' s office can help you determine your rights.
The FTC works for the consumer to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop, and avoid them. To file a complaint or to get free information on consumer issues, visit www.ftc.gov or call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357); TTY: 1-866-653-4261. The FTC enters Internet, telemarketing, identity theft, and other fraud-related complaints into Consumer Sentinel, a secure, online database available to hundreds of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad.
For example, debt collectors may not:
* use threats of violence or harm;
* publish a list of consumers who refuse to pay their debts (except to a credit bureau);
* use obscene or profane language; or repeatedly use the telephone to annoy someone.
False statements. Debt collectors may not use any false or misleading statements when collecting a debt. For example, debt collectors may not:
* falsely imply that they are attorneys or government representatives;
* falsely imply that you have committed a crime;
* falsely represent that they operate or work for a credit bureau;
* misrepresent the amount of your debt;
* indicate that papers being sent to you are legal forms when they are not; or
* indicate that papers being sent to you are not legal forms when they are.
Debt collectors also may not state that:
* you will be arrested if you do not pay your debt;
* they will seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages, unless the collection agency or creditor intends to do so, and it is legal to do so; or
* actions, such as a lawsuit, will be taken against you, when such action legally may not be taken, or when they do not intend to take such action.
Debt collectors may not:
* give false credit information about you to anyone, including a credit bureau;
* send you anything that looks like an official document from a court or government agency when it is not; or
* use a false name.
CALL PAUL CONKEL AT HOME 303-932-8718 OR AT WORK 720-974-0715 AND THEN GO TO THE FTC WEBSITE AND FILE A COMPLAINT, IT TAKES ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
They left a message saying they were calling about an "important message" and "this is not a sales call" and call them back with a reference number. They left this message two evenings in a row. This is not even my personal number they are calling on. I work from home and it is my business line paid for by work. We also don't have any collections accounts or anything like that.
We have received 2 calls from this recording. Press 1 to connect, or call 877... and provide the seven-digit ID number. We are on the Do Not Call list.
A recording is left on my machine between 2 and 3 times a day stating this is not a sales call - please call them at the 877... #. Starts about 8:20 every morning. Very annoying!!!!!!
called on 11-1-2006 6pm

Same message as Charlotte. We returned the call once, they asked for someone we don't know. We asked to be taken off their list, were told that they would, apparently they haven't because we get the call at least once a day.
I get this call on my blackberry several times per week. Have no idea why.
The messages says that "This is not a sales call. Please call me at this number"
This recording leaves the same message each time. Don't say who they are calling for or who they are, just to call them back with reference number that they give. They call a lot.
I got the same message as Karen. The phone rings every day just after 8am. I work at night so this is very annoying. They call every day, even weekends. I get calls from multiple numbers. This has been going on for over a month. I have no collections either.
This pre-recording has been going on for over a week. Every day they call asking we call them back. I do not recognize the company identified when I looked it up. True Logic Financial. We also do not have any bills going to collections.
True Logic Financial (formerly Genesis Financial Services Corporation), a collection agency in Denver.
a recording leaves a message saying that they would like to talk to me about a private business matter. i can press 1 to speak to someone now or i can call....
