The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number, All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want
hudson. fl | HUDSON FL | Hudson.FL |
hudsonfl calls from 6 phone numbers:
The callback number is a fake. Isn't that Illegal? WHO would buy anything from a person calling with a CallerID of Florida? Hmmm?
Left no message on the machine.
This number is very important but it is not received my call.
These people just keep calling and calling. Multiple times a day. I called back the number and got a "disconnected number" message. I called Directory Assistance at that area code and they had no information regarding the number. Please, just stop calling!!!!
These people have been calling EVERYDAY 5-10 times a day for 3 weeks! They do not leave a message and when you call back the number it says it's disconnected!?! From what I've read they are telemarketers but I am on the no call list....obviously that doesn't really matter!!
thease rats call but wont leave a message on the answer machine caller id showed florida and 727-819-9928
i ues skype and it found another number its from the hudson yellow pages 727-819-2217 thay have no web site
the company is central marketing svc contact person is valerie nissley market research analysis 1 to 4 empolyees 2 to 9 pcs business area is tampa -st perersburg fL area did not find anything from the bbb
Left no message. This was at 9:30 PM -----Can't believe they can call this late!!
This number calls but never leaves a message. When we try and call it back it says "this number has been disconnected."
They called at a particularly inconvenient time. No one was on the line when I picked up. Obviously I’m on the FTC Do Not Call list – which is totally useless with increasingly aggressive campaign calls (whether a person or a robo-call) or with “nonprofit exceptions.” When they called back 20 minuets later someone identified themselves as with “CENTRAL RESEARCH” When I immediately said they were doing whomever their client was a tremendous disservice, they abruptly hung up. Obviously I wasn’t impolite.
Caller Id says "Florida", but before this call came in, my privacy director stopped a call from coming through.
I dont know who called no message was left on my machine
The information on this telephone number is:
Is this your company?
Central Marketing Service, Central Marketing Inc
10712 County Line Road # 6
Hudson, FL 34667-6220 map
Give them hell!!!!!!
First call ID'd as: Central Research and second as Florida. Same number. Did not answer.
Did not answer and they did not leave a message.
I'm sure another scam that takes 95% of any donation. Plus it's a FL number - I'm beginning to think no one BUT scammers call from FL! Won't ever get answered here!
Called twice. Didn't leave a message. I have friends in Florida but did not recognize this number.
Its a telemarketer. They suck!!
THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE GROUP ON THIS PAGE< BUT IT IS ABOUT ANOTHER POLICE GROUP>
THIS IS OUR PUBLIC EDUCATION CAMPAIGN ABOUT POLICE FIRE VETERAN"S AND CHILDREN'S CHARITIES. It can happen anywhere and when it does we would love to hear from you. firstname.lastname@example.org www.badgefraud.org
As for the group on this page, it would be a good idea to let your fundraiser know we are out here and now you know that we are looking at them too. I would not let them misrepresent because the first time they do and we catch them, it's all over with but the crying.
Officer Down Foundation,
This is a message from Rev. James email@example.com of the Holy Land Spiritual Church Inc. in Maryland and its integrated auxiliary Police Fire Crimeline (The Badge Fraud Tip Reporting Hotline) www.badgefraud.org
I am only going to tell you this one time. Don't you dare come out here on to this or any other board and try to say you are trying to help fallen police officers. You are not trying to help anyone but yourselves. You think I am going to let you talk to these people who are trying to protect themselves from you in that condescending manner. Let me see if I can explain this to your two week on the job backside. Officer Down Foundation's program is to teach Crisis Chaplaincy to Chaplains, it is not to provide benefits to the families of officers killed, they only pitch that because their real program would not get them one single donation, and every time you say they are providing benefits to families of officers killed it is a lie and a misrepresentation and is potentially criminally actionable against you personally as well as your bosses David Fair, Paul Kutac, Phil Leconte and David Deriks.
I will bet you did not know that those are the same group of guys that run the Police Protective Fund and American Association of Police Officers and the Junior Police Academy. These men are so honest and hard working that even after several states sued the pants off of them they had to go out and start another identical fake charity. Remember "Operation False Charity"? Yeah, wow, they were part of it, and now look at who has come to defend them and their new carbon copy of the Multi State proven fraud the Police Protective Fund and by extension The Crisis Chaplin Project.
You, a person that I already know has maybe 2 weeks experience on the phone. I am going to offer you some sage advice from one of your elders in what is left of that industry. GET A NEW JOB! This one is about to disappear.
Now, you have called into 6 of my 50 states and misrepresented yourselves, Maryland, Virginia, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee and North Carolina and that is a problem for your organization because that is where my organization is located and our mission is to protect charitable dollars specifically raised in the name of Officers Killed in the Line of Duty. Now let me tell you what my organization does. We search out and report fraudulent Police Fire Veteran's and Children's Charities and their professional fundraisers. We protect the money of the people who protect us.
If anyone reading this wants to help with a donation for us to keep going after these scams, feel free to email me and lets talk. firstname.lastname@example.org And unlike David Fair attempting to claim 501 c3 status before it is granted, Churches, like the Holy Land Spiritual Church in the United States are granted automatic 501 c3 status so you know you can deduct your donation from your taxes when the law allows.
We also recruit former professional police fundraisers as volunteers to help us go after groups like yours and you would be welcome to join us as well. And we always want to hear any tips on fraudulent activity in public safety charities so we can report them too. The days of diverting money from non profits and charities that really give their money to the families of officers killed in the line of duty, are OVER!
What a coincidence that would be huh? A church and a Minster going after a Chaplain, I would say God called one of us and the other has a big problem not just on earth, but after life too.
Do you know how much easier our job would be if your Officer Down Foundation did not exist?
I am not the kind of minister you are probably familiar with that gets up on Sunday morning to preach about Fire and Brimstone. I am the kind of minister that BRINGS Fire and Brimstone to your doorstep.
See the problem for your organization is that because of your fraudulent activity, you are making us expend our donor’s money to investigate you because you see, that is what OUR donors (Holy Land Spiritual Church) gave their money too and they knew full well that they were giving their money for us to go after groups like yours.
That would be the exact opposite of your group where the donor’s think they are giving to the families of officers killed in the line of duty but what you dont tell them is that the money they donate is really going to David Fair's personal mission of this "Crisis Chaplain" concept.
Well if you did not know we existed before I am not surprised, they never tell you phone jockey's anything, but you are about to know we exist now.
It is our duty and responsibility to protect our donor’s money and the only way for us to do that in the case of the Officer Down Foundation is for them to shut down voluntarily or we must sue the pants off of your group until you are ended. Oh and that is not all you have to look forward too, in North Carolina where you are calling, what you are doing is considered to be a class H felony.
GET A NEW JOB! THE FREE RIDE IS OVER! WE ARE COMING TO SHUT YOU DOWN!

Answered call because I know someone who just moved to Florida, thought it might be them. When I found out it was a telemarketer, told them I wasn't interested and hung up. They called back twice after that. So much for the National NO CALL LIST.
Called 6/15/10 at 6:40 pm. Did not leave a message. Caller ID indicates that the call originated in Florida.
How dare they use this as a tactic to fundraise!!! Men and Women of law enforcement have lost their lives, protecting and serving us. This is a SCAM and should be stopped! They are truly ASSCLOWNS and should be not only embarrassed but law enforcement should be knocking on their doors, PRONTO!!!
didn't get phone in time....left no message and info was same as above.
Caller ID read "7278686336." Hung up when I answered.
If you happen to answer and get a supposed real person, ask him for the contact info for the Fraternal Order of Police who they are supposedly associated with. Hear what happens next!
Received a call from this number- caller ID said "Florida". There was no response when I answered - just silence. When I tried to call back, I got an auomated message: "We're sorry. The number you have reached has been disconnected or is no longer in service..." How can we stop these junk calls?
Did not leave a message. Caller ID said "OFFICER DOWN FO". The local police do not know what this one is about.
my police department doesnt know who these people are
this is annoying
I never ans these calls..no message is left..would like the calls to be discontinued...on DNC list.
It was a hang up call.
Believe this is a scam. Asked for money to support 'Officer Down.' Hung up.
I didn't answer... got the same call with "OFFICER DOWN FO" on Caller ID
No idea who this is. Caller ID just said Hudson, FL. Probably another scammer.
Hang up when I answered
Answered the call, it is a Republican PR call masking as a survey for February state elections, State, US Rep and Congress.
Called Sunday 2 times, 20 minutes apart. very suspisious.
stop calling my house .
these people do not understand that people just do not have any money to give away these days. Very annoying!
Do Not Call applies to people with whom you have not established a prior relationship. If you have donated to the Police Protection Fund, then that may carry over to this organization. This line may be blurry, as with the line regarding Automated calls. For your own protection, you must keep a log and keep it consistently. Create credible evidence as information develops. Later, you can obtain CDRs (Call Detail Records) from your telephone company. No matter what they tell you, every call is logged and obtainable. Of course, there should be no doubt regarding long distance calls, i.e., area code 727, which I show as St. Petersburg area (Bay Area) Florida. Anyway, just make sure that you tell them to take you off their list and that you are logging this call. They represent AAPO. You already know that. On the other side, if you're willing to fight for your right, you can obtain the owner of the number, who may be an agent of AAPO or the Police Protection Fund. Then you'll figure out the real players. Log that call and have it handy so you may recite the last time you told them to take you off their lists, that you wish to receive no calls. They keep doing it, you keep logging it, if the first round doesn't work. If all else fails, contact a good telecommunications lawyer. In DC, Technology Law Group (www.tlgdc.com) is good. Neil Ende is the senior partner there. You can trust him.
This AAPO made many rude calls (never said anything and quickly hanged up, expecting people to call back so they can get the names, etc.)to our residence days and nights. This seems to be a follow-up calls from the place called POLICE PROTECTION which we refused to answer because it kept asking for donation for police organization. Is there any government agencies can investigate this AAPO? This type of action makes the DO NOT CALL org. an defensiveless org.
They have been constantly calling several times each day and they never leave a message. Caller ID shows Florida.
ROBO call! Thought they can't do that anymore?
AAPO called with tele ID of 727-869-3737 / Very Rude hung up when asked who they represent.
Called 9/22/09, 6:00pm. Didn't leave a message. Phone ID indicated the call originated from Florida.
I read elsewhere that the AAPO is the so-called "American Association of Police Officers" and that calls are made by a for-profit call center asking for donations, but that most of the money donated never gets to the alleged charity. We have received numerous calls at our home DO NOT CALL number, with never a message being left.
I know my last name was used by caller but I know of no one in my family whose first name starts with F.
She only said, "hello" then hung up. I've got friends in FLA so wasn't sure if it was one of them with a new number.
Do not give any information to this woman. She wants to know about insurance information. The worst part or the whole telepone call is how did she get my cell number. As soon as I asked her a question about how she received my insurance info she hung up the phone.
a st pete times editor
WHO IS IT CALLING?
Keep receiving calls from this number. I do not answer. No message left. Think it's time share. Have reported to
do not call several times but these annoying calls continue.
