These people call my house everyday I'm glad that now I have their number blocked a real pain in my butt.

March 24th, 2013 Susan SC

I have been getting calls. Do not dispute the debt, just the harassment. Can not pay if there is no money. Have not charged anything recently as there is no money to pay the debt. Will pay when I have the money, but the harassment is unbelievable. I refuse to talk to a machine, if there is person on the line, I will talk with them, but until then, forget it.

I just didn't answer, and I don't answer numbers that I don't know.

October 5th, 2012 Tehra TX

They are a telemarketing company for newspapers and magazines. Click the link below to be added to their do not call list.

They called me during school today at around 9:38 and didn't leave a message. I thought it was a company I left my phone number with, must not have been.

Two calls from this number so far. No idea what they want.

October 12th, 2011 sam TX

Got a call from them which I didn't pick up. The name 'Next Level Solutions' was enough to not take the call.

August 20th, 2011 CandyGal CA

This company has been calling me for at least 2 weeks. I never pick up. I just read Joe's comment from years ago where he said to view their addy at dial-nls.com that explains the company which is linked to newspapers. Now I know why they calling. I am late renewing my subscription to the SanFrancisco Chronicle by a month. I bet that is it. So eventhough they are more than annoying, sounds like a legitmate call. Off to pay my bill!

June 12th, 2011 chris AL

September 8th, 2010 Skeptical FL

Why would they call you on a cell phone from inside a call center? Other "who called me sites" indicate that this is a scam to get your credit card. This number called me this evening. If it were legit they would have left a voice mail.

Oh, and I have never been a Verizon customer. They called my Vonage number.

Accent sounded like female from India. Claim was that she work for Microsoft and I had a terminal virus if I was using one of three versions of windows and to send them my computer. Thanked her so much for her concern but I would rebuild it myself.

August 10th, 2010 Tom NJ

Scammer with "Indian accent" called my ex-wife, tried to tell her that her computer had a virus and she should do what he told her to remove it. She told him what he could do, in very direct terms, and hung up on him.

I used to work for Hearst, and I have an unlisted number, so I can infer that one of the jerks at the Chron gave NLS my number. Well, I just bought the best call blocker money can buy and NLS, and Outreach Associates, and all the other cancers on the body politic like them are soon to have to get a real job or suck on rocks.

(213) 514-5323

July 2nd, 2010 Tom

This is just one of the numbers being used by someone representing Michael Jones from the Cash Code.
(Also 3214450709, 5126960768,7029524300, 2135145323) This is obviously a fulfillment company being used to pressure customers from several different companies into further purchases.

I purchased the cash code program and then promptly returned it receiving a full refund. Then the calls started, every day several times per day from several different numbers that always ring busy. I am being harassed on my business phone. These people are aggressive, rude, in your face, and relentless. I have told them from the very first call that they were not to call me again, and they will call back within minutes, and over and over and over again. One even had the nerve to threaten to sue me because I cursed at him.

I live in TENNESSEE & have never been to California or purchased subscriptions or ordered anything from CA. How did they get my CELL # and WHY THE HELL ARE THEY CALLING ME??? If I want to know what the hell is going on newswise in the great state of California for some reason...I have this free invention called the INTERNET to get all the damn news I want. I'm about to serve these asses with legal papers to pay for my cell phone bill if they dont quit calling! I get calls at least 3 times a day almost every day from these bottom-feeders. What a bunch of shit. I will take them to court over a couple dollars worth of charges on my bill, yes I will. If nothing else, to set a precedent with these asshole telemarketing companies.

I have received this call on my cellphone several times a month since February. www.whitepages.com locates this in downtown Fresno, and I know there is nobody who would be calling me from there. After learning this I assumed it was just a wrong number so I have tried to call back a couple of times. However, they're always busy.

April 27th, 2010 Donna A ND

Just called them, used selection #3 and placed my phone number on their "Do Not Call" list. We'll see what happens.

March 18th, 2010 Nettie MN

Apparently this number likes to call me constantly even tho i am on the do not call list, both state and federal. I have read that this is some paper in california, i've never even lived in cali! i live in the midwest, they never answer when i pick up the phone either! Its so annoying especially since they are calling my cell phone!

everyone should call their service provider's abuse dept.
that will get their phone service turned off!!
Im going to be calling and reporting abuses to their service provider.
I hope they will loose their phone numbers and ability to spam call.
this is 100% spam abuses from that lame dial-nls company.

February 20th, 2010 Penis and balls MN

I work for FBI and I will take them out of business and stop them from calling you people!
They did called my personal cell phone. My cell phone number is on DNC.

February 4th, 2010 Jack AL

These types of scum bags hate answering machines. I NEVER answer the phone unless I check the called ID first. If I don't know the number or name I figure it can't be that important so I make them leave a message. Shit bags like these never do. They usually stop calling after the first one or two times. Try it.

(813) 290-6001

January 23rd, 2010 nunya SC

Caller asked for me by first name and said he was calling from Verizon Wireless and gave a telephone number other than that which showed up on my cell phone.. Said my Verizon Wireless service was up for renewal within the month and asked if I was planning to renew.
Since this is a corporate phone, I told him that any renewal would take place by corporate headquarters. I gave him no other info.
He thanked me for my time and we hung up.
From the noises in the background it seemed like a call center.
Caller was not rude.
Seemed legit.

Suggest you file a complaint at the following website: www.donotcall.gov - the more people who complain, the more likely a government agency will take action.

I had this number call me 5 times already.. how do we stop them from calling out cell phones?

(816) 420-4003

January 11th, 2010 MJ TN

It will not stop guys. My advice is change your number if you can. They have been calling me since Nov.2007 when i quit paying them. It's now 2010.

December 26th, 2009 jane NY

O.k. I admit 2 days late with my payment, but the next day they are on the phone calling. All these banks bailed out with MY tax money are charging criminal interest rates and allowed to do it. How about a bailout for us, I don't mean take away my debt but there should be a cap on how much these crooks can charge us interest, seems some of the percentage rates are criminal. How about making our credit card payments more managable and they wouldn't have to waste money making so many stupid phone calls and paying so many people to harass us.

December 21st, 2009 Spike CA

I have had calls from this number anywhere from 6:30am to 11:30pm. There is never anyone there. I've asked that a block be put on this number.

Phone rang on my end, but no one was on the other end. We are on the Do Not Call registry.

December 7th, 2009 Chris

I worked at this company for years, I'm now a manager. Next Level Solutions will not stop calling you. They don't care about the DNC, their employees are the ones that have to take all the bad guff when they call the same guy 50 times. The owners are making a lot of money. Thats all they care about. Valentin is one of the owners by the way. The other owner is Nick. Guillermo is their top dog. "My boss" And dog is the right word for him. All three of these guys are liars and theives. By the way "torrezlove" Didn't I fire you?

December 4th, 2009 ADS OH

Caller ID listed number from Fresno, CA. I got a 2 second VM with lots of noise in background. No message. I called back number to find message from business named Next Level Solutions.

December 1st, 2009 Vajayjay

December 1st, 2009 Vajayjay

Shiti can kiss my ass! I was paying them faithfully every month as scheduled until they doubled my minimum payment. They won't get jack shit from me now. Already got a bail out. I'll be damned if they get paid TWICE! Not by me! They can eat dirt!

November 26th, 2009 blah AZ

How about you guys pay your bill and they will stop calling you! If you paid your bills on time like you are contracted to do, then they wouldn't need that bailout! They have every legal right to call you....look up FDCPA guidelines and find out the rights the government has given debt collectors. The only time they cannot call you is if they are calling a BUSINESS and you tell them not to call. If you lie to them and tell them it is a business and it really isn't they have the legal right to call you. Stop being deadbeats!

I received a call from 5539-457-0453. The company is Next Level Solutions. Its a telemarketing company. When they call you, their calling to either 'offer' their service to you (as a business onwer), or their calling in behalf of their clients.

This computer calls and leaves a message. I'm on the Do not call list and have been so it was my honor to report them hoping they get fined. Their direct number is 559-457-0450 if you want to call and direct a comment to a person there. Everyone on the do not call list that has been on it for over 31 days be sure to go to the Government 's do not call website and lodge a complaint against this company and any company that violates the Do Not Call order so that they can be fined. That is the only real way to get even with these folks and stop it from happening.

This company is Next Level Solutions according to Caller ID

I get over 50 calls a week (seven days a week) from this number and the associated one (866-408-4070); and have for weeks.

I was ready with an air horn, but no person ever came on the line; the machine just hung up (whether I said anything or not).

I wouldn't mind participating in a lawsuit against them...I did file complaints about both numbers at FTC.gov.

Phoned twice on a business line which isn't provided frequently, once on a friday evening and the next on a sunday afternoon, outside of business hours. If they call again, I will pick it up to see who they are asking for and ask how they got this number.

August 26th, 2009 Jaimie OK

Hey I see alot of you are asking how to get them to stop calling you. If you google the number the very first result tells you exactly how to do just that. Its through an email service that tells them to stop calling. It works alot better than calling them back.

August 13th, 2009 Justin MA

A while ago (january) I signed up for a trial of STAMPS.com so i could get something for free then I cancelled it a week later. They called to try to offer me more benefits and to get me to join again. I just said "not interested" and that was the end of the convo.

Use YouMail.com which is a free voice mail service. You can set YouMail to 'ditch' calls from unwanted callers while letting your friends' calls ring through to your phone. It will play any outgoing message you choose (such as 'this is not a working number') and hang up without letting the caller leave a message.

They keep calling and not answering when I call back its for "Next Level Solutions". When I google it, they have so many different company sites and descriptors - all of which are vague enough to draw people in (help with real estate, help with employment, workplace mediation, etc). And too diverse to be real.

May 17th, 2009 terriseay TX

This is Citicorp Credit. This number has literally shown up on caller ID 3-4 times EVERY DAY including SUNDAY- they are calling a business, not someone's home. If I ever manage to actually catch these guys calling I will inform them that my employees are NOT allowed personal calls at work & they need to cease calling. If you advise a company to cease calling you they HAVE TO- BY LAW. For every call they make after you have told them to cease calling you can sue for $500 per offense. Inform them of that..the will stop calling you. We use Vonage so I have a record of all numbers called as well as date & time of the call so I can prove their offenses. AIGNewspapers are fixated upon $160 million in bonuses given to American International Group (AIG) executives. And it’s nice to know where the millions are going (note: the bonuses could have been cancelled had the federal government let the company go bankrupt, as officials should have). But where are the trillions in TARP, TALC and Federal Reserve Bank bailout funds going?

The man in charge of administering the bailouts is Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, who served as a staff member of the New York City-based Council on Foreign Relations before being hired in 2003 to head the New York City branch of the Federal Reserve Bank (Fed). As the vice chairman of the Fed’s Open Market Committee, Geithner is probably a poor choice to get the nation out of it’s current economic mess. He served as Alan Greenspan’s number two man at the Fed, so Geithner is as responsible as anyone for facilitating the severity of the real estate and financial bubble and its subsequent collapse. After all, the Fed was the driving force behind the asset bubble, inflating the bubble larger and larger through artificially low interest rates and an inflationary easy-money policy.

Under Geithner and his predecessor (former Goldman Sachs CEO Henry “Hank” Paulson), the majority of bailout funds have been awarded to high-level donors to Geithner's former employer: the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Here’s a survey of TARP bailout awards to the CFR’s corporate members (there are a total of only a little more than 200 corporate members at all levels):

Among the “Founders,” those who give $100,000 or more to the CFR, can be found:

* American Express Company: $3.389 billion TARP
* Goldman Sachs: $10 billion TARP, plus a separate Federal Reserve bailout and more than $13 billion of the allotment to AIG (below)
* Merrill Lynch: $45 billion through its corporate parent, Bank of America, which is also a CFR Premium corporate member, plus $6.8 billion of AIG’s bailout funds

“President’s Circle” CFR members ($60,000 or more) received the following bailout funds:

* American International Group (AIG): $182 billion in total TARP/TALF funds to date
* Citibank: $50 billion TARP
* Morgan Stanley: $10 billion TARP

Premium members ($30,000 or more to CFR):

* Bank of New York/Mellon Corporation: $3 billion TARP
* Freddie Mac: Sharing with Fannie Mae $1.25 trillion — that’s $1,250 billion — in mortgage securities being purchased from the Federal Reserve Bank
* Chrysler: $4 billion TARP, plus $1.5 billion TARP for Chrysler Financial
* JP Morgan Chase: $25 billion TARP
* CIT Group: $2.33 billion TARP

That’s a total of more than $1 trillion in bailout funds for CFR corporate members, easily the lion’s share of the total bailout funds awarded to date. CFR Membership seems to have its benefits, and then some.

So why is no one asking questions about why most of the funds are going to the former employers of our Treasury secretaries? Perhaps because many of the entities who should ask "why" are also CFR corporate members. Among the financial press, the CFR counts among its members Bloomberg, General Electric (NBC, CNBC, MSNBC), News Corporation (Fox, Fox Business), Standard and Poor's, ABC News, Time Warner (CNN, Time magazine, etc.), Moody's, and McGraw Hill (book publishers).

Somebody should ask the question why the same people who brought us this financial crisis are now bringing us the "cure," and why that cure necessarily involves financing former employers of the people making the decisions.

Well, if this is Citi, that would make sense to me... about 45 days past due with them. I get calls from this number six days a week, and about 5-6 times a day. I don't answer them because I'm always at work when the call, or I somehow miss the evening calls. And they never leave a message. I've never tried to call the number back, as I figure it can't be too important, if they aren't bothering to leave a message.

March 4th, 2009 Pam NY

Two calls came into my cell phone this morning. (8:13 am & 8:58 am) When I answered it, it sounded silent just like one of those electronically dialed telemarketing calls. I don't stay on the line long enough for someone to respond to my "hello". If they are indeed Citicorp, clueless on why they're calling me. I have no credit card accounts with them nor do I owe anyone anything on a credit card.

This number came up as Missouri on my caller ID, they left no message. I've also had these calls come from Florida and from a toll free number. Lately, I've been getting collection calls for someone named Theresa I have told these people there is no one in this family named Theresa and I've had this phone number since 1991. And yet they still call several times a day. I just reported a bunch of numbers to the FTC because they did not take my number off their looking for Theresa list. I guess this one will go there too.

Very aggressive. Calls 4 or 5 times per day, even on Saturday. Considering how Citicorp is getting Billions of TARP money from taxpayers, maybe they should ease up a little!

The number is Citicorp Credit, they'e been calling me NONSTOP at my housephone and my mobile phone and they never leave a message; I lost MY job about five weeks ago and this is the first payment I've missed in 17 years; that CreditShield I pay for every month is useless. My payment amount was 398.00; I just got another statement TEN DAYS LATER AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR A $1600.00 MINIMUM PAYMENT. No wonder this company is going uder!

January 18th, 2009 G MO

This may actually be Citi Cards. I am passed due. But like most creditors they don't give a care. I lost my job due to layoffs in December. My employer is not expecting to bring anyone back till March. When I explain that to Citi they ask if there is anyone I can borrow money from to bring everything to current.

Their credit protection stuff is a joke also. You HAVE to work at least full time. My hours had dropped to below 30 during my last 3 weeks of employment, making me effectively part-time. Therefor I am not eligible for assistance through the credit protection plan that I have been paying for monthly.

Suffice to say when I go back to work one of the first things I will be doing is paying off Citi and getting rid of the card.

Update to my last msg. I answered the phone when Next Level Solutions called. They were calling for stamps.com. They wanted to know hoe many packages I mail out, how much postage I use, etc. Like I am going to give them that info. Now I have 2 companies to report to the FCC because I don't have any business relationship with either company.

July 22nd, 2008 Joe CA

Been getting daily calls for the past 2 weeks. I don't pick up & they don't leave a msg.
Here is their web site: www.dial-nls.com
I stopped subscribing to the Riverside, CA Press-Enterprise (pe.com). I assume they and the SF Chronicle are part of the same publishing conglomerate empire. I had a "business relationship" with the Press-Enterprise, not with these clowns, so I will call my ex (paper) and complain if they are responsible and will file a complaint with the FCC. In the meantime, since I have no social life, I guess I will start messing with these guys when they call again like I do with the suits that show up at my door on Sunday mornings.

I've had a few late payments (whoops) before with Citi. They have always called from either New Mexico or Florida.

Today however I've had three missed calls from the above number. They never left a message which is rather strange for Citi and when I tried to call back it was some voicemail from some random fellow.

I have high doubts that this is actually a Citi number.

From reading the other comments, it seems that it's EITHER Verizon calling to actually track a delinquent bill, or it's something fraudulent. people ever answered their own phones or looked at their own e-mail

All you need to do to get these or any other sort of telemarketing call is to is to act like a pervert. Ask them what color underwear they are wearing, if they like to kiss, as for there name and office phone number so you can call them back to chat, tell them they have a sexy voice, say whatever you can think of in a suggestive way. If you harrass the employee then the emplpyee will put you on the do not call list immediately. A sexual harrassment lawsuit as an employer has a lot more teeth then a couple people complaining about an unwanted phone call. Acting like a perv is the best way to be left alone.

Next Level Solutions is the one who is calling. They called me a dozen times in the past 5 days. When you call them back they say to enter you number for the "do not call." There inbox was full. So I found there website at www.nextlev.com . There email is trainme@nextlev.com . They were calling my cell phone. For those that don't know, it's illegal for telemarketers to call cell phones. www.ftc.gov
Also the do not call list is located at www.donotcall.gov . They do except cell phone numbers. Good to everyone. I know I won't be buying anything from Next Level Solutions ever.
