The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number, All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

credithe calls from 8 phone numbers:

Hey Owner, when you come in to court you must come in to court with clean hands, your hands are dirty. I am on Welfare with bad credit so suing me will get you nowhere. If you give me your email, I will give you my address, owner. I love the smell of a Texas Courtroom in the morning! And I got sued, and guess what? No money, no collect!!!
Proud to be Mexican, execution-proof with bad credit!!!!
Don't like it? BRIBE SENATOR KIRK THE JERK WATSON!!!
Hi, this is Cathy with financial freedom. You may recall receiving a letter saying you've been approved to consolidate your credit cards down to as well as a 1.5% interest rate, this is not a new loan you've already been approved by a certified non profit agency, so if you can please have your statements ready when you call. My number is 1(800) 706-6208. Again, my name is Kathy and you can reach me at (800) 706-6208 until 10 tonight. Thanks and Have a great day.
no message left
"Hi, this is Kathy with Financial Freedom...." The automated Kathy gets around, and so does Financial Freedom, as I've had many calls from "her" from different numbers.
Only static could be heard
We received a phone call and tried to call it back within the hour and it was disconnected.
I have had 2 calls from this number and others from Omaha leaving no messages when I did not pick up.
Did not pick up and they did not leave a message. They're now blocked.
It's a canned recording. They have called me several times already.
RECORDING STATING THAT THEY COULD LOWER MY CURRENT CREDIT CARD. I AM NO DNC LIST.
I was called by a computer and asked to dial #1, When I did a man answered and told me that he could lower my interest rate on my credit cards. When I asked what this service would cost he told me "There is no out of pocket expense." When I asked for his supervisor and asked him the same question he said the same exact words. I told them not to call me again and that my number is on the do not call regestry.
Showed up on caller ID as Omaha, NE
Recording said they could lower my interest rate. I pressed "2" to stop getting the calls. A real person came on and when I demanded that they stop calling she just hung up on me.
These dirtbags are calling 4 times or more a day, and for the last week. I am on the DNC list.
caller ID said Credit Help. I did not pick up.
Got a call earlier today from this number; said "Credit Help" on Caller ID. Did not answer because I was certain it was junk.
I have had calls the a this company for a few weeks now. It comes up as "Credit Help" on my caller id. It is an automated system trying to get you to give out credit information by pressing 1 and speaking with a "live" operator. Options #2 supposively takes you off the company's list. I am on the National Do Not Call registry, and I have press #2 multiple times, to no avail. I finally decided to speak with these creeps, and they guy on the other end said he didn't care when I confronted him about my do-not-call status, and said he would keep calling me.
"Liane" was polite but quickly hung up when I asked the deal-breaking question..."What are you wearing?"
I just got this call. It is a phishing call. Do not give any info to them. call your bank and get a new card asap
Called and recording said if you want to drop your credit card interest rate to 5.9, press #1. I did and got some guy who could barely speak English. When I asked who he was and what his company is...he hung up on me.
When I told the person that I was on the do not call list and to not call me again, he told me to fuck off. Came up on phone as Liane Evans.
so this trick with the name of heather call my 4th phone and axe me bout my credit and skrilla
i say, dang girl, i like me some junk all up in the trunk but yo, you comin across like you all
fempimp like Oprah, axin bout my skrilla and plastic. i aint even play with that noise and str8 up

gresy bucket ah chicken away
after recorded message, person was rude, threatening and vulgar...
I got a call from this number. When our answering machine picked up, they hung up. Reverse lookup said that the call was from Omaha NE.
Female caller claims to be able to lower credit card rates. Would not identify her company when I asked (could be a company I do business with?). When pressed, she hung-up. I suspect a scam to get YOUR credit card info & etc. Probable violation of the "Do Not Call" law.
I just got a call from this number telling me I could get a lower interst rate on my credit card. They asked for my credit card number and I clearly wasn't going to give them that...I gave them the credit card company and they then told me the first 6 numbers of my card thinking I didn't know that they ALL have those same numbers. I was goofing around online so I decided to keep on the phone as long as possible to see just how far they would go. The first guy tried everything....very persuasive but I still held my ground so he got his supervisor on the line and I went thru the same song and dance with her. Everytime they asked me for my card number I'd answer something like - I don't know what you are talking about, or how can you get a better deal...why can't I just call the company or I'd just say - pardon me? and make them repeat themselves all over again. They were getting very upset and I was laughing so hard about it!! Finally the supervisor gets back on and says 'you can just go F yourself and your high f-ing interest rate' then hung up on me after about 30 minutes!! I did ask where they were calling from and was told Orlando. Interesting accent for FL.
"Heather at Credit Card Services", offering to lower my credit card interest rate to "...as low as 6.9%". I pushed the '1' button, and got a person on the other end that had a distinctly Far East accent - possibly Indian or Pakistani. Note that the FTC filed charges in December, '09 against some TM's using this approach because they wanted money up front and did nothing to negotiate on behalf of the victim. This call fits that pattern.
No message but it is a "Do not call violation".
"Hello, this is Heather with Account Services. I am calling in regards to your current credit card..." was the recorded message I received. Time to report a to ftc.gov as a Do not call violation.
Caller ID showed "Credit Help"
Seeing that whoever called is Contracted through Citibank, I do not believe there is any help available through this idiot.
elated to other 402 calls i got
Saw incoming call from area code 228, code lookup showed S. Mississippi. Did'nt answer. Message was left for "John", no one here by that name. Female voice said she was sorry about getting back to me so late, but she could help lower my credit card interest rate that we had discussed earlier (BS). She did leave a toll-free number to call (free to us, they pay for it). 1-800-977-2091
I think I will call back a few dozen times to mess with them, give out bogus crap for them to chase around with and try to get more information to use against them that I will pass on to the Feds.
Since it is a toll free call, how about you and all of your friends give them a call and let them know what you think about them. Or just hang up after a couple seconds. Each call will cost them- just be sure to give out no information, they already have your phone number. Again, that number is 1-800-977-2091 (why do people repeat information in recorded messages?)
just got a call from this number on my cell. the lady left a message, very shady!!!! i have no credit card debt but she wanted to "help me get rid of my debt as soon as possible" ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER AND DO NOT CALL IT BACK. THIS IS A SCAM!!! JUST DELETE IT!!
I too got a call on my cell. The number apparently is from Biloxi MS and the PROVIDEr apparently Camarato Distributing. I suggest contacting them to get it shut down.
PO Box 638
Herrin, IL 62948-0638
Phone: (618) 988-1556
They left a voice mail. How nice. They want to lower my charge card rates.
Do not give info to anyone on the other end of this phone call it is a fraud scam! They just want your info to commit bank fraud!
spam; don't answer, don't talk to them
This number and any offers they try to get you to sign up for is fraud. They are not working with your bank or offering you better insurance. The reason it says it is disconnected when you call back is that they use VoIP (VOice over Internet Protocol) to "spoof" (fake) a phone number. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO! They do this to get credit card info from unsuspecting consumers and use it to commit fraud. If you have any doubt that someone is calling from your bank, hang up!! Call your bank directly using the number on the back or your card or on your monthly statement. You are the first defense against fraud happening. Protect your information. Never give it out unless you know who you are talking to. If they cant give you a number to call back that you can research, it's fraud.
When I received a call from this number today I pushed 1 to speak to someone about there credit card services and informed the girl that I was registered on the do not call list and she said that I should have pushed 2 so I do not receive any more calls and promptly hung up on me. When I called the number back I received a recording that I cannot be connected as dialed. Called ID showed up as Mississippi
Left message telling to call about credit cards.
I received a call from this company today advising they could lower my American Express Card and my discover card interest rates. I pressed 1 to be connected to Eric (because I wanted to advise I have no credit cards and need to be removed from their list). No one came on the line the call was disconnected on their end and when I tried to call 228-209-8325 back the number was disconnected.
Did not Answer the phone
Robocall from "Credit Card Services". Given the wide variety of scripts reported it looks like they're all just spoofing the caller ID and it happens to be the same number.
No one there.
no vm left
number only, no mssg
Just received a call 228-209-8325. Upon hearing call I researched calls from that number calling into our business: 37 calls this month! I blocked that number from calling our business.. .
This phone call came on my cell in Spanish so I didn't understand the message and was also listed as Biloxi, MS.
OK . . . I called 228-209-8325 first and the message said that the number was "disconnected or no longer in service." So I called 1-800-676-9314 and a woman answered, "Hello. Debt Relief something-or-other." I asked if Rick was there. She said he was not at his desk at this time. "Maybe there's something I can help you with. Do you have any high interest rate credit cards?" I said no. She then said, "Obviously this has been a misdial. What is your phone number?" I then said Rick asked me to call him back and to speak to him directly. "I can direct you to his voice mail." OK. "Hello. This is Rick. I'm not available at this time. Please leave a message. BEEP." So I left him my jerk neighbor's name and number and told him to call me back anytime, day or night, and help me with my credit card debt. "I'll do anything. I got too many credit card bills. Help me, Rick!"
"Hi, guys. This is Rick Morgan calling. Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. Anyway, I see you're only making the minimum payment on your credit card here. I think I still can get that lowered for you down to 1.5%, but you gotta call me back as soon as possible because this is a limited time offer. You can reach me at 1-800-676-9314. Talk to you later. Thanks."
1. I never called any "Rick Morgan."
2. I don't know any "Rick Morgan."
3. I don't have any credit cards.
I'm gonna call 228-209-8325 and 1-800-676-9314 back and mess with them. Hold on . . .
I recently had my cell # changed becuase I kept getting collection agency calls...I do no owe anything to anyone. I pay as I go for everything. This is scary and annoying! Can't the Gov. or FCC do anything to crack down on these jurks?! How are they getting away with this?
this is a company (didn't get the name) that supposedly wants to lower the interest on your credit cards. they call random numbers (they called my general number at work, not me specifically) and when you press 1 to speak to a live agent, they launch immediately into, "do you think that lower interest on your credit cards could benefit you today?" when i told them they'd reached a business, they said, "thank you, have a nice day," and i asked if they had the number to remove, they said they did and quickly hung up. sounds super shady.
Left message saying I could convert my Visa or Mastercard loans to a possible lower rate. Press 1 to speak to an agent, press 2 to be removed from our list.
I got this call and I tried to call it back on the voice mail. first reposne is busy signal and the second is this number has been disconnected. This is really annoying thanks for all you guys input on this.
missed a call from this number today. Didnt leave a msg.
We also get calls from this number, and I have no idea who is calling? They don't leave a message or indicate who they are?I am frustrated
with all these calls
Found this on another website: 228 209-8325 is used as a Fake Caller Id by an automated dialer preying on cell phone owners primarily and is a real scam. They pretend to be able to lower your credit card rate and ask for you bank name, expiration date, account number etc. Now they have everything they need to put a False charge and steal from your credit card! They did not realize who they called and Anyone who asks you personal information is a scammer! Period! These folks call themselves "Credit Card Solutions" this week and in past weeks they have different names. We tracked the called ID because they used a Voice over Internet Connection and we track Hackers and Scammers for our clients. This is a "boiler room" operation of theives. These folks will go to jail when we file the police report and the recorded phone call as additional evidence. Thank Your for this site and I thank anyone who takes the time to post information about scammers to help others be warned so they aren't scammed.
8/19/09 1:46pm Central time
Got this Number on my cell phone answered and it was spanish I have no idea what she said
I keep getting this call around the same time Monday - Friday 1:45 PM. When I answer, there's a pause and then a recording in spanish. I have no idea what they are saying.
Don't know why they keep bothering me.
Didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. This is the 2nd time this number has called within the past month
Left no message. Hit ignore on the cell and I guess they were too lazy to leave a message. Gotta be the same scam
a "missed" call to a cellphone in 630 area code. i do not pick up calls from unknown cids.
got this call just now... figured it was bs
Caller ID says Biloxi MS, however the automated call mentions they are in Las Vegas. The message mentions obtaining grant and stimulus money and to call 877 943 8637. Too confusing to know what they are after.
Recieved a call on my new cell phone #. When I returned the call I was informed by a recording that the number was disconnected or no longer in service.
They just called on our new Magic Jack and its not even hooked up yet! How in the world did they get the number! (good grief and egad!) Of course the call just showed up on the computer screen, since its not hooked up and we couldn't answer. They didn't leave a message. Scam scum.
I received a call from this number several times but did not answer because I don't recognize the number. I am glad to know that it is a scam. Can't the authorities do something about this type of scam?
very rude, they just hung up.
Company spoofs phone numbers (228-209-8325) as calling their Caller ID number is always disconnected. Company gives you a pre-recorded message about loan modifications for homeowners, pressing "1" gets you to an agent who answers the phone as "...Communications". When asking them to tell you who they are with, they say they will tell you in a minute. I had to demand they tell me the name before I would continue. That is when they identified themselves as "Walker Law Group". I advised them I am on the Do Not Call list, they said they would remove me and hung up. I found a company in Fullerton, CA that matches the name and the what they were offering. Do a search for, "walker law group" "loan modification", to see them at the top of the list.
Walker Law Group
2501 East Chapman Ave. Ste #100
Fullerton, CA 92831
this number called me twice. The first time they called I didn't pick up and there was no message. The second time they called (2 minutes ago) I answered and then they just hung up!'
They called my unlisted work number with an automated message that this was their last attempt to contact me regarding my credit card. When I pressed "1", a guy answered with "hello", and hung up when I said they had reached a work number. The voicemail should be considered fraudulent, since they imply they've made previous attempts to contact me.
No msg left. called it back & rcd msg saying that # is not in service
They called my cell phone at 12:50PM on August 8. I did not answer I'm on Do Not Call, and it's my understanding that it's illegal to auto-dial cell phones anyway without a prior business relationship. If they are willing to break those laws, it's got to be a SCAM!
Just got this call and asked to be taken off their list and the female who answered said "nope" and hung up. FTC complaint, here we come!
Just got a call from this number. I answered then a male came on the line and said "hello" so I replied again, hello. At that point he hung up. What a jerk. Why do they call if they don't really want to talk to you????
This company called me today peddling some type of health coverage. I pressed "1" to speak to a person to ask that they not call me anymore (and I was very polite, despite being irked by them) but the gal hung up when I didn't want to buy anything. They apparently work on commission, not salary.
MY SUGGESTION: When they call, talk to them, take up as much of their time as possible asking question after question, then don't buy anything. Waste their valuable time.
caller ID simply states "no name". Left no message.
Got this call on my cell phone. i listened to the message and pressed #1 to speak to someone. When they got on the line and I asked them how they got my number they hung up.
call came in on my cell. What are the chances that this is a 'fake' number that they send with the call, and we have no way of knowing who they REALLY are?
Got one today with no message, after coming here added it to my reject list on my cell phone.
I am on the do-not-call list and these people still call, I think they need help, so I'm just going to ask Jesus to help them ,i don" want anything from them. my phone wasn" put in to be harassed with. but you know that" the devils job is harassing people'i just pray that Jesus stops him in his tracks.looks like you people would get out and get you a good job.
Received this call at my place of employeement. It was a message telling me I could lower my credit card rate and asked me to press #1 to speak with someone. I pressed #1 and a lady answered and said, "Financial solutions, how are you today?" And I said, "Fine thank you . . . will you please take my off your list? This is a business." She then replied by hanging up on me. Completely annoyed, I called the number back and get a busy signal. RUDE PEOPLE SUCK!
Received a call from this number on my cell phone...I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer...they left no message. Reverse lookup identified this number as being for a cell phone in Biloxi, MS. Jackass!
This number called with an automated message about credit card interest. I pressed "1" to talk with a person. It rang and rang and then some strange music started. Finally someone picked up and said "Hello, this is I-don't-feel-like-answering-the-phone card services. Are you responding to our offer to lower credit card interest rates?" I hung up.

This call came on my new prepaid cell.
claimed to be Experian and wanted to reduce my credit card rates but just needed to verify that I was on time for my last six payments. Asked for my credit card company's phone number and then asked for my credit card number. I wanted verification they were Experian. They said they could save me thousands of dollars. I said I still wanted verification before I gave them my credit card number and they hung up. A total scam!
I pressed one also and that guy came on and hung up when I told him this was a business. I called the number back and a recording comes on and advised you to press one to be put on their do not call list.
when i answered i was told to enter 1 to talk to a representive, when this man came on the line i tried to tell him that i didnt have a credit card and i wasn't interested, he hung up.my phone rings all the time with these jerks and i would like for it to stop.
They did open up a company in Fort Lauderdale. They called Accelerated Savings Inc. I worked there for one day. Everything there was very shady. I feel soory for all the pepole that getting those calls.
no name/didn't pick up, Surrey,BC
They keep calling and leaving messages on our answering machine. When we finally were able to answer 2 of them, we pressed 2 to be removed from the call list, but got more calls afterward. When my husband answered this morning and got a rep, he asked for no more calls and they hung up on him. These people need to be horsewhipped, keelhauled, and shot several times before they are sued into oblivion.
Called, Credit Help Line. Didn't answer
THIS NUMBER APPEARED ON MY CELL AND ALSO ON MY HOME PHONE. IT'S A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!
Im in NB. I got 3 calls TODAY and 2 yesterday.
Im gettin a foghorn! I've pressed dont call me numbers, ive told them to remove me from their list.
i've tried everything. Made complaints, the whole nine yards.
I have to say that this company really did help me save over $3000.00 a year by reducing my interest rate. They may be annoying with all the calls, but the company did save me from all the credit card fees I was getting charged.
Listen Canadians this company use to be called JPM Accelerated Service I'm sadden that this company makes the good americans look bad but believe me were not all like that the owner Paul but not on paper he puts it in someone elses name is ripping ya'll off he's being sued for several things he even lost 3 peoples homes. As for lowering interest rates call your bank mention JPM and they'll lower your interests for free they changed there name because the banks in Canada got smart and want take the charge from this company so now that they changed there name the banks don't know who they are I tried to contact the newspapers up there as well as City Tv but they haven't gotten back to me I'l love to tell them the whole story and what there doing you should see what they do to the elderly if ya'll only knew they only call Canada and know where else now why is that think about and you thnks that bad they don't even pay there employees. If anyone can tell me who I can talk to about this comapny please let me know they need to be stopped oh and by the way they opened up another company down in Ft. Lauderdale and yep there calling ya'll.
I received a call regarding lowering my interest rates on my credit card(s). I listened to the lady whose name was Paula, I didn't have all the information that she needed so she said she would call me back in 30 minutes. The number on my caller ID (I live in Canada) was a local call 613-388-2311, I tried to call the number back but it didn't go anywhere. When the girl called me back I was on the phone so she got my voice mail and left me her name phone number and extension number Paula - 877-642-1755 ext. 217. I tried to call the number and I got the usual blurb of thank you for calling MGA Accelerated Services that they were unable to answer my call right now but to leave my name and phone number with a brief message and someone would call me back...then that was cut off and I got an operator saying that the voice mail was full and unable to take any more messages. I've tried to call it back numerous times of the day and get the same message.
mga accelerated servises at 1 877 642 1755. Called and they made out that they could reduce my wifes interest from 18.5% to to as low as 8% and that they controlled the credit cards not the banks. And for the only a one time payment of $700.00 they could reduce the interest. Har de har, we got in touch with Visa and they had no idea who these people were, and i think they were surprised to find they dont have control of there cards!!. They cancelled the card and replaced it. Do not hesitate to report it to the state police fraud squad, and your bank. Lots of luck.
I just lodged a complaint with the Canadian Do Not Call department at lnnte-dncl.gc.ca, but as it is coming from the states, I don't imagine they will be able to do anything. So I also lodged a complaint with the RCMP (firstname.lastname@example.org), the Governor of Virginia (on his website contact link www.governor.virginia.gov and the Virginia State Police (BCICID@vsp.virginia.gov). Maybe they will do something to put these criminals out of business. If not, maybe Canadians should stop visiting Virginia...
Be nice. Sound interested. Blow a ref's whistle. Break a few ear drums. Send a message!
They call me in Calgary, Alberta several times a week. I have pressed 3 to be removed. I have pressed 1 and asked to be removed. I have pressed 1 and just got a dead line. I have reported to the Do Not Call people. Nothing seems to work.
They also represent that they are calling about "your current credit card account" which is a lie.
According to the DNC list's website, it should apply to companies calling Canada from the States. There also is the option to fine them $15,000. Why isn't this happening?
they have called me 12 times in 6 weeks!
go to phonebusters and report them... phonebusters.com
go to crtc's do not call list and file a complaint also...lnnte-dncl.gc.ca
they have called me 11 times in 6 weeks!
go to phonebusters and report them... www.phonebusters.com
go to crtc's do not call list and file a complaint also...www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca
Perhaps we should try to pool our resources, find a lawyer to possibly do a group lawsuit against these guys. When it comes to the Americans they sue for everything so maybe we should too!!!!!!
Sick of these calls, get them all the time and they won't take me off the list and just hang up. Every time they call now I file a complaint on the Do Not Call website, not sure if they are looking into this but if they get inundated with tons of complaints then something may get done. I also filed a complaint with phonebusters and I urge that everyone do this so that these agencies are aware that it is a widespread issue. I also emailed Marketplace hoping that they will do an investigation about this and air it on their TV show. Someone on another website phoned the police about this company but they said there is nothing they can do. They said as soon as you pick up the call, press the # button 20-30 times and it will screw up their system for awhile, so I do this every time they call so hopefully they can't make calls for a while, anything to make their lives more difficult!!
This call center hangs up on you when you ask to be placed on the Do Not Call list. Is there anyone who can help file a formal complaint against the company? I have tried numerous times to be placed on the list and get hung up on repeatedly. I have tried asking to speak with supervisors and still get hung up on. I would really like to complain as this call center is making all call centers look bad!
Sorry for the spam, But i should also add, It is a long distance number, And you need to call it from your home phone, If any one wants to give it a try , post here please. I don't have long distance on my home phone, So i can't try it to see if it works :(
I called aliant and they told me to call this number 18045182490 and press 1. It will take you off the list. This is not an aliant method, she told me that a customer told her the tip and it works so.
I am on the DNC list as well, They are breaking so many laws by calling me after telling them to stop.
I get this call about 3-4 times a day, at all Hours, i live in bathurst NB. If i find out who is doing this, i am going to smash there face into the pavement.. -.-'
by the way, I am from Canada. I have posted my number on the Do Not Call list in Canada, tried to add my number to the FCC list in the US, but it rejects my area code. I guess that international calls are fair game. I imagine that it won't be long until the call centers only do cross border calls to get around the Do Not Call rules.
these people have called me two or more times a day for well over a month now. Several times I have entered the selection to be removed from their call list. I have even spoken to one of their representatives pretending to be interested in their services for 5 minutes and then asked them told them that I wasn't working and all my credit cards were in default, thinking that they would remove me from the call list so that they wouldn't waste their time with me, but that didn't work either. I am going to start putting them on hold until they hang up from now on. They sure are a pain in the butt.
From New Brunswick they have called twice in 2 days now.
I have been getting calls from these people almost daily and sometimes twice a day for weeks. Perhaps we should see if we could find a whistleblower who works for them who would be willing to provide enough information to put them out of business. I'd be happy to kick in $10.00 to start a fund to provide a reward for the person brave enough to come forward. Anyone working for this company is probably not getting paid a whole lot and a cash incentive may be enough to stop these nuisance calls once and for all!
a little more information
here's an address
1220 Sarna Rd. Melbourne Fla. 32935
and another number 317-256-4025
I should mention hey've hit us here in New Brunswick Canada too!!!!!
And I'm SOOOOOOOOO getting a whistle today damn them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok..so I've got these damn calles 5 times a day, and every 30 minutes if I let the machine pick up for months now. 2 weeks ago I pressed their 2 to be taken off the list, and was told 24 hours. STILL getting calls so today I've been doing research and complaining! I found a direct number to "World Class Services" 1-888-878-1014
another number is 877-642-1755
I called the 888 number, and talked to a woman there in admin. She said she thought it was 30 days not 24 hours to be removed from the list, and informaed me that every time we press 1 to talk to someone we get placed to be called again!!!! even though the idiots are hanging up on me everytime I tell them to remove me. I told her to remove me from the list.
Then I looked up contact info for Virginia State Police - and I suggest everyone make complaints to them under criminal activity. I suggested they shut these idiots down before too many people get hurt by them. The scam they're giving me is Cardholder Services, wanting my credit card info to reduce my interest rate to a 6.?% They also have other scams including medical benifits, debt collection, you have won scam, etc etc etc...all requireing credit card information from the people called!!!!!!
I'm tired of the calls, I'm tired of the harassment, I'm tired of the hanging up on me, etc etc. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE....what the hell are they thinking, after we've told them to frigg off...if they continue to call 5 times a day we'll simply change our minds...stupid ass people!!!!!
they have hung up on me 7 times! once a very nice girl said I would be removed, but no such luck! I figured that it would take a few weeks to get off the list but it's been a month and they still call 5-6 times a week! I'm getting a whistle too or one of those air horns!
One of those "cardholder services" calls. Wow, am I relieved that there's no problem with my account! LOL It's a phishing scam.
I live in Canada. They call me about 3 or 4 times a week and I've been trying to get a company name or number out of them. Tonight I pressed "1" and told them I was interested in lowering my credit card interest rate and that I had a balance of over $4,500 on my card. Then I told him that my baby was crying and that I had to call him back in 5 minutes and asked for his number. The number he gave me was 1-877-642-1755. The guy I talked to was at extension 220 and his name was Keith. I tried the number back and got a recording (as it was after hours). The company is out of Florida. The name is MGA Accelerated Services. Their website is: mgaaservices.com Spread the word!!
I am going to try calling them in the morning and tell them off.
For those of you who are frustrated. I would suggest that you press "1" to get to a live agent and when they get on the line, blow a whistle as loud as you can or something. I'm dying to do that once, but my wife won't let me.
they call here several times a week. finally four days i called back and pressed 1 to be removed from their call list. they are still calling, so yesterday i pressed 1 and told them not to call me again bc i had already asked to be removed from their list. they hung up on me. so i called back 26 times and pressed 1 to be removed from their call list. sure enough they called back again that evening. i pressed 1 to speak to someone and told him very strongly not to call back. he hung up of course. they then called back twice last night and have called back 5 times so far today. i don't bother answering the phone when i see the number. i am so sick of these american bastards, it's unbelievable. but i really like the idea of the whistle, so maybe i'll talk to them again ... or maybe just give them a nice primal scream ...! how loud can i go?
These people are ruthless, they call week after week, when you ask them to stop they hang up, when you ask for a name they hang up, when you ask them who they are they hang up.
These guys are total assholes. They call, you press 3 to get off their list, and I swear the guy running the Company pulls on his wang. Every time you press 3 to get off the list, he's the only one who gets off. You ask politely to be removed from their list, and they hangup on you. I love the abuse. Talk about a pathetic job. You have to feel sorry for this bunch of losers. I think the next time they call, I'll see if they want a job doing something other than bugging people. Then again, maybe the they get off on rejection too. I can guarantee this dude is a foreigner. Probably crashed his taxi, and dreamed up the idea of pestering honest folk. Probably makes 5 cents a call.
I reported this today to Telus privacy dept. They said that they cannot do anything because there are no rules for calls originating outside of Canada.
I have already pressed 3, no result. I pressed #1 next time, and when I politely complained to the person who answered, they did not reply so I hung up.
Can we somehow insist that our government put a ban on these automatic dialing calls?
over the past few weeks I have been called by this number many times and lately I'm being called and faxed about 12 times a day. So I did some diging and found out that the the company is "US Lec of Virginia Llc." but trying to find out anything about them was time wasted. What i did find out was that the company that does the calling is www.paetec.com and their customer service number is 877.340.2600 have fun and be creative when you call them, I know I did. After reading everyones comments on this site I just wanted say that it is not the "credit cardholder service company" that is being rude to everyone it is the company that is calling an their behalf which is PAETEC. heres another little tidbit for everyone, PAETEC's founding principal is "PAETEC was founded in 1998 when CEO Arunas A. Chesonis and a core team of executives recognized that existing telecommunications providers were failing to respect the most important factor governing the long-term success of any business - first-rate customer service."
I am so sick of these American assholes calling me, I am going to get a whistle and blow it in the phone and hopefully blow the bitches ear drum out!
I have received over 30 calls in 1 week from these guys! They told me to keep pressing #3 to stop these calls & the guy said I have to repeat this for about a month!!!! before ou number is taken off the list. There is a way to STOP them! If you can get info about a Canadian office or Canadian phone number, then the DNCL will nail them. Maybe if enough people call in & complain about them, the CRTC will do something.
I get call from these bastards once or twice a day. Every attempt to have get them to stop goes nowhere.Apparently our Canadian National Do Not Call list is only for blocking calls originating in Canada. The U.S. Do Not Call list only works for U.S. area code numbers. It is about time countries put a stop to this harassment. No backbones I guess.
Have received over 30 calls from this number and I have asked every time to be removed from the caller list, I believe there is a law in the USA and now in Canada which prohibits returned calls form 1-800 numbers if asked to be removed form the list. This person is asking to reduce interest rates on your credit cards, and needs info on your accnt ect, I am sure if anyone gives him the information next time you check your card it will be maxed out. I filing a report with the Fraud Department, and police agencies to check this so called business out. When I try to talk to someone to stop the calls they hang up, not a smart move on their part, calls are falling under the category of harassment and if they don't stop then maybe legal action against the phone company who has been made aware of this number and has not stop its service should be the next step. Class action suits can be very expensive!!!!!!
Some bitch there said she was going to call me everyday after I told her off!
How do we get back at these rude bastards?

Now looking for other ways to stop these crooks.
Can't someone stop these people it is ridiculous. Even when you try to speak to someone about removing your name they are extremely rude
I'm tired of being called by criminals from the United States, located in the great state of Virginia. Cardholder Services is just a simple fraud. Why don't the telephone companies or the cops stop them????
This phone no. is calling res homes, all over Alberta, Canada. Since they are probably restricted in the US from making harassing calls, they are now targeting people in Canada. Unfortunately, our Federal 'No Calling' phone list, only covers Canada & not the USA.
Its a card fraud from a dick names Michael. Recorded message.
