capital one auto finance, but yet when you try to call them back, they route you to India or Canada. NO AMERICAN SOIL REPS. CAPITAL ONE OUTSOURCES TO OTHER COUNTRIES!!!!

Keep calling my cell, using up my minutes, asking for a Nancy somebody despite me repeatedly telling them I've never heard of the woman.
