How do I stop them from calling?

Caller called 5 times in 3 hours... Tired of it...
Caller called during dinner time at 6:02 p.m. My number is new. I don't know anyone in Salem, OR. Annoying!
Try the call blocker from Digitone Communications. It's awsome. It will block up to 80 numbers or area codes while allowing those you want to get through. Hint: Because it only blocks up to 80 numbers, it helps to block entire area codes such as those from out of state. Blocking an entire area code counts as one of the 80 blocked numbers and it covers a lot of annoying calls. Cost: $100 but worth it.
This is most likely a "spoofed" number. Nothing can be done about it. Just learn to live with it.
They call often within a period of an hour or 2... My phone rings 1-2 times then hangs up... Rings again between 5-15 minutes later same routine , rings once or twice then hangs up... No chance of answering, but seeing that it is "900"ish number, I'm not going to run the risk of being charged for calling back.
35 of us have banded together and began to threaten the service provider, en mass, with lawsuits. If enough people threaten the telephone providers they terminate the user's service like a hot rock. If the company is local to you use Small Claims action. In our state it is a slam dunk $500.00 per call award.

I don't know if this works but you can go to independentsurveygroup.org to remove your telephone number from their list. Bearing in mind that they might not actually have your telephone number, but are dialing randomly, by going to independentsurveygroup.org to remove your number might just be confirming your number for them.
Another call from the Northwest but with a different area code..no msg left.
Start your web site business to make a fortune off people looking up unkown phone numbers on their cell and home phones. This type of companies are poping up as fast as weeds. Start your site with even just a blog with lots of advertising for people to click on and so forth and for tracking cookies to be put on your phone and PC.
