I keep gettng these calls from this number,when I'm not ome. when I call ack,I geta recording "all operators are busy now please stay on the line" but noone evers omes to the line.

Rec'd several calls in the last few days, each time there was no one on the other line. We are on the do no call list. Have registered a complaint. We also called back but after 15 minutes no one answered. Sent them a fax to request they stop calling. We'll see if it actually works.

My 7 year old answered the phone, I asked who it was and he said it sounded like a party in the backgroud. So based on what he told me, I figured it wouldn't hurt to get online and find out. I have been getting multiple calls like this lately, and even more where they hear me say hello then hang up (those numbers show up as well)

I get multiple hang ups from this line. Very frustrating!! Some teenager answered and kept saying that she was texting not calling. I don't care - just not my number!

I had sent them a FAX because I could not get anyone to answer the call when I called them back. They must have IGNORED it because they continue to call me and don't leave any messages (I told them I was on the NO CALL LIST). Attorney General needs to get involved in this I think.

We have received calls from this number for at least a month now. Sometimes 2 or 3 calls a day at different hours. It's most annoying! Any way we can stop them from calling our home? I called them back to ask them to stop it, but they left me on the phone for 10 minutes and nobody answered after the recorded message.

Fairfield Resorts. Picked up and just had silence. I hung up before talking with anyone.

I answered and it sounded like a kid saying "sorry" kind of loud and fast. Then they hung up.

told me they wanted to thank me for my stay @ the Super 8 motel in Norman OK. Told them I had never been to Norman OK. He then assured me that I had stayed in Norman OK. They had the records. Told him again he was wrong. Asked me to confirm my name again and assured me I had stayed there. I then asked when and he told February 12, 2000!! I told him he was wrong. He then told me maybe my credit card had been stolen. Before he got around to asking me to confirm my cc# I asked to be removed my his list and hung up.

they left a message saying i just saw this movie, you have to go see it right away and call me back, you remind me totally of one of the characters. nice.

I've been getting calls from this number and no one answers...that is until today. I answered and a guy asked, "Is Troy there?" I said, "No. I think you have the wrong number." He then replied, "Excellent. You know what I really dig?" I didn't reply and then he continued talking about shirts with jewels and an F on the tag. Asked me if I knew what he was talking about. All the while I could faintly hear girls laughing in the background. I proceeded to tell him to F*** Off and never call me again.

Just received a sales 'scam' pitch for $129 for 4 people to Destin, FL.!! Woohoo...I told them that I needed to think about this and would call them back after they had requested my cc #. They balked and said that it would not be allowable since they could only contact me once and then my phone number would be scratched off their list..they made it seem like this was a one time deal situation..take it or leave. I searched online about their background while they b.s'd me on the phone at the same time. After I confirmed my suspicions about their scam I told them I was not interested and hung up. Guess what? They've called me about six times repeatedly afterwards...so much for my phone number being erased from their records!!! BEWARE - DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR SCAM 3/9/07

I get at least a call a wk from these people. I PAY for my phone for my own convenience -- not to be harrassed! I would never stay at any Windham facility.

This phone number also appears every few days at a place where I house sit quite a bit. Its like its following me; I don't answer anymore because they hang up on me.

We have 3 cell phone and a land line and this number keeps calling all 4 phones. I have never stayed at any of the mentioned hotels and not regestered with trip
rewards. And all my nubers are on the do not call registry, made a complaint with the BBB I will keep finding places to complain. I will now boycott the hotel chain. This is Bull****

I called back and asked them to remove me from their call list. Additionally, I asked how they got my number and the operator said it was from a previous stay at Wyndham, Days Inn, Ramada Inn, or some of their other properties. I guess that is legit marketing.

I answered and no one answered in return. I said "hello" twice then they hung up on me. I called back and was thanked for returning their call and then was given some information that they were in fact Windham Resorts and if I wanted more information to remain on the line. I don't think we should be required to wait to tell them that we want off their call list. There should be a standard operating procedure amongst all these companies that they can give you the option of opting out of any further calls from them. Something that can be tracked. I don't want to be limited by opting out of all telemarketer calls. I may be forced to however and that is an infringement of my rights in my opinion.

I have been getting at least 5 calls a week on my cell from these people, and its driving me crazy! i never answer numbers i don't know, so I thought I would google it. Glad I did, think I'll answer next time and demand that they take me off their call list!

I was planning to stay at the Wyndham Resort in Virginia but cancelled. And every now and then I get this call from this number. A promotional call to sell me stuff.

I received a call from this number at 1:58pm on 12/05/06. They did not leave a message and after reading everyone's comments... I will not be calling this number back.

Looking over papers, I've discovered how they got my number. If you sign up for triprewards.com, one of their partners is Fairfield Resorts. I get a call from the number at 9:45am every week morning and the automatic dialer they use hangs up.

Repeated calls ...driving me nuts! Don't call them back! If you do, you are falling into their trap. The can't legally solicite you, but if you call them... Then they can say you solicited them and then they can continue to call you. It's looks like they have found a loop hole in the Do Not Call law. I have a hard time believing that Marriot would be condoning this kind of tactic. Just because they say they are affiliated doesn't mean it is true. Never give your Credit Card # over the phone unless you are certain who it is and you called them! and Never from a cell that can be intercepted. Who would take this job? I would rather flip burgers!

a few months ago they were calling twice a day 6 days a week for about 2 weeks. i finally was able to pick my phone up, talk to someone (who apologized oh so sincerely, and informed me they would take me off of their list within 5 days), tell them i demand that i not be called. didn't hear from them for two months. today, they started calling me again.

A woman called my cell phone from this number and asked for my daughter, who is an adult and lives on her own. Have no idea how they knew I was the mother of who they were asking for. She asked if my daughter was there, I said "no" and she said "thank you and hung up".

just left a comment then scrolled down to read some other comment. noticed one man said he thinks it's related to a days inn he recently stayed in. i've stayed at a days inn in the last few weeks.

Guy from "Fairfield Resorts and Vacations" called. Said I had stayed with them before. Offered me cheap hotel stay at a location of my choice anytime now through 2007. Setup stay and then asked for credit card info. That is when I ended call.

I just got a call from this number and claimed they were the Ramada Inn/Wyndham resorts and said they were offering me 2 nights and three days for only $ 109.00 throughout any Ramada or Wynham resort. Plus $ 35 cash. This offer sounded tooo goood of a deal. I ask if I can get this deal on my own terms as far as going to the wyndham resorts and placing this good deal online. They said no that I have to give them the creidt card info. right then and there. I didn't sounds like a scam to me.

Incomeing cell phone calls cost us money whether we invited the call or not. We would not do business with fairfield or their cohorts under any circumstances now, though we had planned on buying a Marriott time share. If we find they are associated, as some have suggested, we will not do so and will never do business at a Marriott, Fairfield, or Wyndam resort again.

I refuse to answer any call I do not recognize on my personal cell. It is not legal for a telemarketer to contact a cell phone since all calls on a cell phone are chargable to the owner. Any legitimate business knows this because of the possible violations they would face. See this site for info...

Asked for to speak to one of the members of the household (whose name he knew). Had a Southern accent. I asked him what the nature of the call was and he said it was to thank him for staying at some Holiday Resort thing in Fairfield.

Sounded fishy so I looked up the number online. Looks like I was right...

Seems the signing-up with the National Do-Not-Call Registry is working. The calls have stopped for now. I looked through past phone records and noticed that these folks called several times over the past year. The latest attack by these parasitic degenerates resulted in nearly 14 calls to which I answered none. We can and we will win this battle for our privacy.

Just got a new cel number last week. I've already lost count of how many times these people have called. I've never answered, and they've yet to leave voicemail. From what I've read online, this number is associated with Fairfield Resorts. Whoever they are, they're in Florida (based on the area code). Just signed up with the National Do Not Call Registry. Hopefully that'll help.

They have been calling my cell phone for 3 to 4 months. Usually twice in the morning and once at night (between 8:30 -9:00pm). I never answer. Not worth my time, but it VERY annoying especially when I am on a business call.

Christina with Fairfield Resorts claimed that "they were left this number by a customer". Had one missed call from this number yesterday.

Don't talk to these people. I googled them, (I've never answered) and there are THOUSANDS of complaints about them. They are selling timeshares to Fairfield/Marriot hotels. We use RCI points already and have no trouble and love our accomodations. These people claim to be "affiliated" with RCI but according to others' reports it is impossible to exchange with RCI. Don't fall for these people.

Anyone approached by Fairfield Resorts run the other way fast, and say NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! I can't believe how they lie! Exemployees say are coming out about their LIES! IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I spent $19,000.00 for Timeshare I was told would increase substantially in value, two years later it is worth $1500.00 (per Fairfield's marketing department,& other research I've done on the internet). TimeshareS just decrease in value VERY SUBSTANTIALLY each year! I was promised 6 weeks FREE bonus weeks plus a 21 day cruise when I signed with them, & NEVER got any of it. Not enough room to go into details but 5 trips to the timeshare office, being treated like scum, no-one ever available to talk to me (manager away EVERY time I went there-of course a lie!) begging for a call back,& NO CALL BACK & after paying for a year,& unable to make any reservations because no space available, went to one resort which gave me a dinky room & ending up paying when told free,I quit paying, am harrassed terribly & daily, even though they were sent a CEASE AND DESIST letter (they are violating Fair Debt Collections Act). SEEKING LAWYER - PLEASE HELP!THEY ARE IMMORAL!!! WILL BE PICKETING WITH BLOWHORN TO WARN OTHERS OUTSIDE THEIR SALES OFFICE!!!!!

This is just plain harassment at this point. I received another call from this #, early Monday morning. This is week two now and I have received nearly 7 calls. I refuse to answer. I registered my cell number with the National Do Not Call Register. After 31 days of this and some 100 refused call later, I will be filing a complaint with the National Do Not Call List Register on this #. A class action lawsuit should be filed here against whoever is behind these actions...IMO.

Reverse marketing tactic. Telemarketers are not supposed to solicit cell numbers. So they use an automated system to hang up on you. When you call back, well that isn't illegal. Tired of this thing. A revolt against Fairfield/Marriott should be started.
