How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Call the FCC immediately to stop these calls. Reporting it to donotcall.gov is useless but the FCC can trace these individuals through secret means. Stop wasting time complaining on these sites!!!! FCC must be notified!!!!!!
They left a snotty-toned message saying they had already made repeated calls to me about lowering credit card debt. They have never called before, from this no-doubt fake caller ID number or any other that I recall.
They have called my house using both the 954-755-8151 and 305-474-9429 numbers. I don't recognize the numbers so don't answer the phone. They never leave a message.
Said to press number one to get my credit card rate reduced, number two to decline
This is a group of scammers using many different names.This group uses many different company names to hide their operations. Please file complaints with your local law enforcement agencies, the FTC and the FCC. They relentlessly tele-market using bogus caller ID names and numbers.

Why is there a Do Not Call list? I mean why bother? These scammers/slime bags will find a way to hassle/harass us til we break.
I keep getting these although I don't have a CC. I always push 1 to speak to human and then tell them when connected that I'm turning the phone number over to our State Attorney General. I've been hung up on, yelled at, cussed out but I'm not stopping til they do!

credit card services = I would not give my credit card info - they say they can lower your interest rate for a $995 fee - I refused and rep called me a stupid bitch
A recorded message stating that they have tried to contact me and this was my last chance to reduce interest on my credit card. (I do not have a credit card.)
