A collection agency keeps calling this university for a person that has never worked here. And from different caller ID numbers.
They call every day at least once and don't leave a message. How can I stop this? The ID is CPC

Person calls every day, will not leave message, It is a collection agency that says I still owe on a hospital bill with was paid off in 2004. He wants me to pay him 52 dollars over the phone and said I would have to prove I dont owe the dept, but the law say's they have to send paper proof and and they are responsibe for proving I still owe money. when I ask for there address and there name, they hang up on me. Just so every one knows I have rights!! Its called the Title 12-Chapter 41-Consumer Credit Protection (Look it Up) These people are a scam!!
