I have been recieving calls from this number for five months now. They originate the same day that I have a payment become past-due. They cease about a day after payment is made. I have called Cox numerous times to tell them that their automatic dialing system is malfunctioning (no voice on their end) and every time, the representative tells me that they will notify the credit services department of the issue. The number to call if you are having this issue is: 800-234-3993. Follow the promts until you are given the option to press "0" for an agent. Hope this helps!

I receive a call from this # 949-709-4813 weekly, usually before 10 am... there's no voice, and they don't hangup for hours !!! I have unlimited cell minutes, so one time I decided to hold it out and see how long the call would go for... 2 hrs.

I think this is a Cox Telemarketing Service, for additional services. Our VM only picked up the last few words of there message, which made no sense.
