Who Called Us

I will do with them as I do with other phone solicitors, if they are going to waste my time, I will waste their time. SIMPLY, set the phone receiver quietly on the counter (or somewhere) and walk away. This way, their line is tied up (they can't call anyone else) and it slows them WAY DOWN. As with other unwanted callers, they get the message very quickly and usually don't call back for a long time, if at all.

On my blocked list because they called incessantly a few years back, now calling about 4 times a day. You would think they would get the message, especially since they are told that their number is blocked and not to call again. And, yes, I have been on the DNC list for years.

A robo calling center obviously, because if you answer it's dead air for about 10-12 seconds before a person comes on line. The last couple of calls, I've taken to just breathing really heavy into the phone when they answer & kind of moaning "help me help me" like I'm in medical distress. They usually hang up immediately... which actually further tells you what kind of classless scumbags they are.

This number keeps calling over and over nobody there when you answer. I have received at least 4 calls a day for the last week. Very annoying. I am also on DNC list.

Have been calling twice a day for 2 days. Nothing but dead air when you answer.

I live in Alaska and received a call from this number tonight at 6:42pm Alaska Standard Time. There was nobody on the other end of the line.

Survey company, Opinion polls.

Answered because one of our financial accounts has an office in AZ. Dead air.

One call yesterday about 8 pm Pacific and another just now at 6pm. Caller ID just says Flagstaff, Az.
No one is ever there .....wen have been on Do Not Call List for years. I truly dislike this sort of spam!

Just got the call and when I answered it no one said anything but it seem as if someone was there after a few seconds they hung up, I answered only because I have relations there but don't know there numbers by heart and I think maybe something is wrong so I answered but now I won't. I'm also on the DNC lists and have been for years since it started but that don't always helps they seems to know how to get around it. You can report it and they do check them out as I have did it.

Annoying. Calling and leaving no message. No able to return the call.

Got this call at 5:06pm. Eating dinner with my family. Did not bother to answer, because I do not make it a habit of answering out of state calls at this time by people I don't know. Either a telemarketer or a poll taker. Either way, very poor timing indeed.

Got a call from this # on 06/21/2010 @ 12:39pm. Did not answer; calling party did not leave message. ID showed Flagstaff AZ.

Unknown name - many calls received

I believe this is survey or opinion poll company. They are allowed to call people even if the person is on the "Do Not Call" list. However, these jerks should know that anyone on the DO Not Call list probably doesn't want these calls even if they are legal.

1. Pick up the call and waste their time but don't give out any info, or

2. Use caller ID to never pick up their calls. This is called "stone walling." Let them waste calls and time until they figure out that you're never going to respond.

4/6/2010 was not at home and call showed on caller ID UNKNOWN. Her message on answering machine was asking to speak to me twice. Did the caller (female) not know how to leave a message on machine or did she think I was home, just not answering my phone?

left partial message, said would call back later. Shows to be calling from Phoenix, AZ. will be placed on blocked calls.

This is most likely RK West using an unscrupulous 'telemarketer'. Looking up the number shows Flagstaff, AZ. But! When you ask for a detailed location it shows Phoenix, AZ. That is where RK West is. Not nice! Do not do business with them in any way. I think that it is the kirby vacuum connection.

I've been receiving calls at my work number today. A voice message was left the second time. There was silence, then something was said in Spanish with "muchas gracias" at the end.

I got this call at 4:14 pm, didn't answer as I didn't know the # or area code. If it is a poll they need to knoe I am a minor and can't vote, so my opinion on a healthcare poll is null and void..

Called my unpublished Google Voice number at 5:49 PM EDT. Left no message.

They've called a few times. When I answer it's dead air; if I let it go to my answering machine they don't leave a message.

Get calls from this number numerous times a day. Try and call it back, never get a ring, just dead air. They never leave a message. Caller ID says "Unknown Name".

Obama Campaign number didn't leave message. Glad he won:)

I received a call from this number (928-268-3060) this afternoon from the Obama Campaign. Isn't is ashame that they have to call people up to beg for a vote. I have never received any phone calls from the McCain campaign. Obama must be desperate!!!!!!!!

Just got a call rom AZ 928-268-3060 10-18-08

This number is from a call center in Flagstaff, AZ owned by Utah-based Independent Survey Company "Western Wats", westernwats.com. You can call then directly at 801.373.7735 and have your name removed from their lists under option #2. Unfortunately I am getting repeated calls from them on a Sunday afternoon and I do have my number registered (for over 4 years now) in the national DNC list and I do not opt-in to anything. That being said, the actions being take by this company are completely illegal, please report them.

The politico calls are starting to heat up here in Wisconsin. Every day I get at least one if not 2 or 3 pieces of mail from candidates.
