You have to call/do three things or else this won't stop ever. These War Dialers won't stop unless the law makes them. (I used to work for one).

1. Call 800-511-9048 This is the PacWest Abuse Center 24 hours a day. Tell the number and that Doctors Network calls you several times a day;
2. Go to your State's Consumer Affairs website and file an on-line complaint (Takes about 2-5 minutes);
3. Go to the FTC website and file a complaint. esupport.fcc.gov (Takes about 5-8 minutes).

If you want to return the annoyance, here is how to at least get a message to them. Call them back, hit 0 and you are told 'invalid entry please try again'. Then hit 1122 and you will get 'Larry's' voicemail. Leave him a message.

I am a physician in the midwest and it was brought to my attention by several patients that they were receiving the same phone calls. The person on the other line actually said they were calling from MY facility! I contacted Pac West (thanks Javier) and was told that local law enforcement would need to be involved in order to sopoena info about the origin of these calls. This is, without a doubt, a program that is being used in a malicious manner to probably steal personal info or identity. I have an attorney and will consider taking it all the way.

This place calls around 5 times a day and NEVER says anything. I have called the number back and all I get is dead air. I am getting rather annoyed and what is even more annoying is that my number is on the national do not call list! I should not be getting solicitating phone calls!

They call my business a few times per day, either docs network, doctors group. It is very annoying it's been going on for months, we have four phone lines and 8 phones, only one of which will show the # and name, I finally got the number written down today. I am going to get to the bottom of this. I can't stand it, they usually hang up on me and don't say anything, sometimes they will listen for a moment and then hang up on me. I don't understand, plus the line is from CA and I'm located in MO, why would I go to a docotor that is over 2,000 miles away?

Called and were VERY RUDE! It said Doctors Network on Caller ID. Kept persisting on me making an appointment to come in and I kept saying no! ... Finally after being stern and saying I wasn't interested the lady hung up on me! This office is crazy if they think these calls are going to help their business... if anything it will hurt it. I definatly won't go there! Chiro Care.

I called Pac West and the woman I spoke to said it is being "Looked at". HHMMM They are a wholesaler of phone #'s and they sell blocks of numbers to these telemarketers. This particular number was sold to Omega services. I was unable to get contact info since she said it was after 5pm. She said they are used worldwide. There should be some sort of regulations on this type of use for these numbers. They will not act on these until they get a supeona. Keep hounding them.

I recieve anywhere between 3-5 calls a day, starting at 0830 CST 7 Days a week. I am sick and tired of this crap. Every time I call the number back the recording says "this is the Doctors Group". The nubmers they are calling from are show up on my Called ID: 714-369-4409, 818-450-5673, 831-480-8601, and 916-313-4214 so far.

They are very ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!! They call to solicat and then hang up on you. I want to wrap my hands around the neck of the person who keeps calling my home and waking up my baby. ANNOYING SOB's!!!!!!!!!!!

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
