How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

I called the number back and it rang several times before voice mailed was turned on. A female voice, which sounded like a computer said "the one I am trying to reach is not available. Please leave a message."
The phone rang, I answered, the lady said something I couldn't understand so I said excuse me and she said is so,so there and I said this is him, and the lady said "Jerk" and hung up
Number research indicates Intermedia Communications from Cary, NC.. No one will answer if you call back. Multiple hang ups several times a day. THe principle officer of the corp. is David C. Ruberg... his number is (704) 374-0042..... why not call him and interrupt his day????
These idiots keep calling me so I have reported them to the FCC. Hopefully they'll be prosecuted for harassing people all hours of the day and night! Everyone else that comes here and finds this page, report them! There is a link at the bottom of this page that you can click on and go to the FCC's website. Please help by reporting them, the more people that complain the sooner we can have legal action taken against them.

BRILLIANT! Calling people in Virginia from room 232 in some extended stay hotel in North Carolina for a guy running for office in Ohio. BLOCKED!

Now this makes alot of sense. This call was from North Carolina hocking a politician that is running on OHIO. So let me get this straight. . .a politician that is running in Ohio and will have a say in where my state tax dollars go, is spending money in another state to harrass people with recorded calls to elect him. YEAH LIKE I AM GOING TO RUN TO THE POLLS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND VOTE FOR HIM!!!
